Sending your young child into an unsafe environment here, not your ordinary “child’s play” here that’s for sure, and we have here, ADULTS who don’t take these matters, seriously enough too, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
In a preschool in Wugu, Hsinbei City, there was a case of physical bullying, the press found, that a four-year-old girl was tied up by her male classmate, and poked with a stick in her pubic area, the parents demanded the preschool to show them the surveillance, but the preschool refused to, yesterday, the preschool made a public statement, that it was a normal way of interaction between children, and the police was notified, and are now, looking into the details of this case.
The young girl’s parents posted online, that their four-year-old attended a certain preschool in Wugu, but was suspected of being “raped” by her male classmate, the parents pointed out, how awhile back when they were bathing their young daughter, the child started wailing loud, and after they’d asked her what had happened, they’re found that she’d been, physically bullied by her classmate.
The young girl told her parents that she was picked on by a boy in her class, and four other male classmates had, tied her up with a rope, then, pinned down her arms and legs, and, the boy who’d pushed her to the floor had, picked up the long stick the teacher had in the class, and poked her pubic area.
On March fourth, the parents reported the incident to the school, but, the school didn’t not allow the parents to review the surveillance camera footages, the teacher of the class had, quickly quit her job. The parents stated, that on the evening of March 4th at around seven when they came home, they’d learned, that earlier, their young daughter was, poked again, and the homeroom teacher had, changed her underwear for her, put some healing ointments on her body, and, hit her head with a stick, called her stupid, that she’d done something embarrassing, and told her not to tell her parents what had happened.
The child told her parents, that starting last November, she was picked on by the boy, and the parents questioned, on how the homeroom teacher didn’t know about it for four whole months.
The preschool made a public statement yesterday, said that as the parents demanded to see the surveillance footages, as the school’s surveillance system only keep a week’s worth of footage, all the footages of what had happened had already been, recorded over, that was why they couldn’t give it to the parents to review, that they’d not prevented the parents from examining the footage to see what had happened, or that they were, covering up.
The preschool stated, that there were always teachers present in the class, watching over the young children, that what had happened was normal interactions between young children, that it wasn’t, sexual assault. On the day the parents went to the preschool, the Department of Education also sent the investigators, and the investigators only wrote “seems like sexual harassment”, and afterwards, the young girl got examined by a doctor, and the reports of injuries didn’t show any thing out of the ordinary.
The police already had the Children & Women’s Specialty Squad to take the statement of the young victim girl, and at the same time, they’d called the five young children who were accused of bullying her to hear their sides of the stories, and the parents who’d accompanied the five young children criticized that it was, outrageous, that their children were all just, playing together, and their children were, accused of sexually abusing their classmate, they’re looking to sue the young girl’s parents for falsely accusing their own young.
And so, there’s, NO way anybody can know for sure, what had happened, and, the teacher quit her job, probably out of guilt, for not stopping the sexual harassment/abuse of this young girl, there’s, certainly NEGLECT on the school’s part, and, the other parents’ attitude toward what happened to this young girl was, unbelievable, I mean, how would YOU, mommies and daddies feel, IF it were, your own young daughter who’d gotten poked and hurt like that, huh? Would you STILL stand on your own sons’ side and claim, “oh, they were only PLAYING!”? Yeah, I think not, and I can see how and why this young girl’s parents were, furious, can’t you???
