The man, Liu was accused of four years ago during his time in the juvenile facilities in Changwha that he’d forced another man to masturbate him, to fellate him, or force others to have sex in front of him to give him the pleasures of watching, forcing others to drink urine, the Yunlin District Court found him guilty of EIGHT counts of sexual assault, sentenced Liu to sixteen years in prison.
The twenty-year-old Liu, because of theft and drugs, was sent into juvenile detention, but, in 2015, in the dorms, he’d raped the other adolescent males who were residents, forced others to drink his urine, forced others to snuff up the laundry powder by straws, and physically assaulted others with his fists or hangers to injury, forced his housemates to have sex so he could watch.
Liu was raised by his grandparents, he’d started getting into trouble as a teenager, the judge in the sentencing, stated that Liu’s behaviors were really bad, but, because of his being raised by his grandparents, as he grew older, he started getting into kinds of troubles big and small, and in the end, he was, sent to juvenile detention, and, even as his behaviors improved for the time being, after his release, he’d, returned back to his old ways, and, he’d, offended, in his second time in juvenile detention hall.
In the verdict, the judge suspected that the measures that Liu took to rape others, to bully others were, shocking, and the teachers on the frontline weren’t able to intervene as the events happened, it’d caused the victims to carry the bad memories of being raped in their time spent in juvenile detention, that these teens who are in juvenile detention had, deserved this?
The judge in the Collectivist Court didn’t want to hold this against the Changwha Youth Corrections Facilities, but, after the incidents, the facility didn’t examine what happened, or take precautionary measures to prevent further abuse. It was exactly like the Korean movie.
The Collectivist Court believed, that the outrageous behaviors of Lilu, was a reflection of how he’d lacked that sense of security, that it was, atrocious, as well as tragic, and, it seemed, that the children’s fates were set at birth, because they were, born into poverty-stricken or bad family backgrounds.
And so, there’s a reason, for why these teens are acting out, and yet, there’s nothing that the system does, that’s, helping these teens learn to behave themselves, and, more likely than not, these teens who are in the juvenile detention systems will, keep on returning to their old ways of misbehaving, until their actions escalates into MURDER, then, they are going to spend the rest of their adult lives in prison, or waiting on deathrow, to get, EXECUTED. There’s something that’s WRONG with the systems, and these teens, were, merely a reflection of things that isn’t right in the systems…
