The Case Where the Couple Abandoned the Body of Their Infant Daughter, the Infant Was Suspected to Have Been Alive When She Was Tossed Away, the Couple May be Charged with Murder

This makes it into a MURDER, instead of just, disposing of the body!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The case where an newborn infant girl’s body was found in the slump buckets in Hsintien, the couple from Singapore already, made their ways back to their home country, and denied having dumped the infant while she was alive; the Taipei D.A.’s office autopsied the infant, and based off of the water inside the corpse, they’d, confirmed that the infant was, born alive, that she’d, died after birth, and the couple had broken the laws of murder or murdering of an infant child; the D.A. will wait until the formal reports are out, then, ask the Singaporean government to assist in the investigations.

Based off of understanding, the coroner’s research unit of the Department of Justice placed the infant’s lungs, kidneys into a basin to compare, and, photographed the organs separately as documentations, and, as they’d placed her lungs into the water-filled basin, it’d, floated above the water, the officials believed, that after the infant was born, she had, taken breaths, but, for the sake of clarity, the coroner’s research department already, taken the biopsies of the organs, to figure out whether or not the lungs had, dilated, because she’d taken the breaths.

A senior coroner explained, that in order to clarify if the fetus was born alive or not, they would put the remains into the water, and, if the lungs floated, that means, that there are, air inside the alveoli, meaning, that the infant was born alive.

The Singaporean couple, Lee and Kuo was suspected of coming to Taiwan, giving birth to their daughter, tossed their daughter inside the slump bucket, then, escaped back to Singapore afterwards, their cruel behaviors had, caused huge debates.

And so, this is, another case of irresponsible parents, instead of doing what’s best for the child, they could’ve, given the infant up for adoption, if they didn’t want to keep her, but no, instead, they’d, MURDERED their own young in such brutal manner, and, disposed of her body like TRASH, and this couple deserved the HARSHEST sentence, and involuntary manslaughter wouldn’t fit their crimes!
