He got what’s coming his way all right!!! A FAILED attempt, to use that LOOPHOLE he’d found, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
The businessman, Chen was suspected of having an extramarital affair, he’d coaxed his own wife using the excuse of having debts accumulated, and fears of getting his own family involved, to get her to divorce him, and afterwards, he’d, wanted to divorce her for real, to leave with his spare. The wife fought for her rightful status as his wife in court, the two witnesses testified, that they’d signed the papers, knowing it was falsified, the judge found that they were still, married.
The Taoyuan District Court investigated, Chen who worked in selling electronic parts, three years ago was suspected of having an extramarital affair, he’d, schemed to get rid of hisown wife, to set up a brand new love nest with the other woman; he’d told his wife that he’d accumulated a lot of debts from his business, that he feared, that it would, drag her down, and asked for a fake divorce, to keep his home from getting repossessed by the bank. Chen’s wife didn’t suspect anything, agreed to sign the false divorce papers, after they’d found two witnesses and signed the papers, they settled their divorce.
Chen’s wife told the courts, that shortly after the fake divorce was settled, her husband did it for real, used the excuse of “I don’t want to get caught by the mobsters I owe money to”, to move out of their home. After she’d checked the facts, she’d found that her husband owed NO debts at all and that “he may have run away with the other woman”, and she’d even found intimate text messages from her husband and the other woman, and how they’d sent the intimate photos to one another, she’d suddenly realized, that he’d been, scamming her, she’d fought in court, to verify that they were still, married.
In the court sessions, Chen claimed that he hadn’t lived with his wife for a long time, that there’s no basis in their connection, that the divorce was for real back then, that it was, valid.
The two witnesses testified too, that they “didn’t want to be witnesses to their divorce, but because they said it was to get out of debt, that it wasn’t for real, that was why we’d signed as witnesses.”, the two individuals stated that they’d not asked the couple if they wanted a divorce for real or not, the judge believed, that there wasn’t a complete process of the divorce procedures, that it was, null and void, that Chen and his wife are still married.
And because the nullification of their divorce was found, the Taoyuan District Court now considered, that Chen’s sleep around with his spare constituted as adultery!
And so, this LOSER lost big times, and I don’t understand it, why can’t you just ask your wives for a divorce, oh, the wives would NEVER allow for that, especially after all, you LOSERS were the ones who’d, cheated, and now, justice found its way, and this man is going to pay, BIG times!!!
