The owner of Xiang’s Meat Buns, Huang was accused of beating his employee, Lin to death with a hammer, he’d provided the photos of his own physical injuries to show it was self-defense; but the Taichung D.A.’s office investigations found, that as he was caught he’d shaved his head, and that in the photo he’d provided, his hair covered up his forehead, and the officers who’d arrested him also testified, that as they took him in, “he didn’t have any physical injuries”, believed that Huang was using the photo to falsify his claims, the judge gave him life in prison for murder, and stripped him of his position in the government, this can still be appealed.
The victim’s mother during the trial, asked the judge to sentence him to death, “a life for a life!”. The Collectivist Courts believed, that Huang (age 49) knew that the victim was already seriously injured, not only did he not rush him to the hospital, he’d, driven his car out, and afterwards, he’d cleaned up the scene of the crime before he’d turned himself in to the police, and attempted to use the “false evidence” to trick the courts, and so, they’d, sentenced him to life in prison. The well-known, “Xiang’s Chinese Meat Bun Shop” is currently closed.
The verdict pointed out, that because Zhou, his employee and the victim, Lin (age 36) had a crash that they didn’t get settled, in the end, Lin was made to pay $1.3 million N.T. to settle, but he couldn’t. Two years ago on May 2nd, Huang paid $300,000N.T. on his employee’s behalf to Zhou, and the requirement was that he needed to come to the shop to work to pay it up. But, by May 17th, Lin had, planned to quit, the two got into an altercation because of it.
Huang was so angered, he’d picked up a hammer in his shop, and physically assaulted Lin’s head, neck, thorax, abdomen, torso, as well as his limbs too, causing Lin to die from the physical injuries, that same evening, Huang turned himself in. He claimed that Lin had used the chili pepper sauce to attack him, that was why he’d picked up a hammer to fight back, that it was, self-defense, he’d not intended to kill him. He’d even provided the courts with photos of his injuries, claimed that it was from after May 19th after he’d made bail.
The Collectivist Courts found, that as the police took Huang’s mugshot on the 18th, he had shaved his head. But he’d insisted that the photo of his injuries he provided was taken then, and yet, in the photo, his hair was long enough to cover up his forehead, it didn’t match up, and besides the officers testified that “he didn’t tell us he was injured”, and the courts believed that he’d used the photo, to get himself off easy.
And so, your plans of escaping punishment had, busted, because you’d, murdered your employee, because he wanted to quit, and, it is, the man’s right to quit, but, he’d not yet, paid up the debts he’d owed to you yet, that was why you felt cheated, and that was why, you got angered, and hammered him to death, and now, you’re looking at either life in prison, or death penalty. People are committing murder, for less and less these days for some unknown reasons!
