A Seventeen-Year-Old Girl Whose Father Remarried After the Death of Her Mother, He Started Physically Abusing His Own Daughter with His New Wife. The Adolescent Girl Was Beaten Up Hard, Thrown Down the Stairs, They’d Even, Locked Her up at Home, Not Allowing Her to Go to School; the Adolescent Was Placed in Protective Custody Twice, and, as She Went Back Home to Live, She Started Being Physically Abused Once More. The Local County Government Petitioned the Courts to Terminate the Rights of His Father & Stepmother as Her Legal Guardian, and the Courts Approved, the D.A. Charged the Couple with Obstruction of Freedom, and Physical Assault, along with Other Charges, and Asked the Judge to Give Her Father & Stepmother Heavy Sentences.
The police and district attorneys felt bad for the adolescent, that her life was exactly like the fairytale of Cinderella.
The investigations found, that the seventeen-year-old adolescent girls mother died of illness, her father remarried, and had two more daughters with his new wife, and, since then, he’d started, mistreating his own first wife’s daughter, whenever she’d not listened to him, refused to do the chores around the house, she would get brutally beaten by her father and stepmother. The adolescent went to school with her injuries, and her school teacher found out, and, nine years ago, the school reported the case to the social services, and the adolescent was placed in protective custody.
And afterwards, because the social workers evaluated that the family situation was, improved, she’d been sent back home to live again, but, the beating of the young woman exacerbated. Once the stepmother was in a foul mood, she’d lost control of her emotions, and, kicked the teen downstairs, and because of the severity of her injuries, she’d not gone to school.
The D.A. also found in their investigations, that the father of the adolescent, because she fought against his disciplines, he’d often, beaten her brutally, and the neighbors had gone to beg the father to stop abusing the daughter, then, they’d, reported the abuse to the social services, and the social workers placed the adolescent out of the family again. A year later, the adolescent missed home, but ran away, because she was beaten up often; as the social workers found her again, they’d, reported it to the police, and, afterwards, the father and the stepmother got together, and “disciplined” the hell out of the teen, she was, beaten until her face became swollen up and bruises were covering up her face.
The D.A. stated, that the adolescent was kept locked up in her own home, that her stepmother and father prevented her from going to school, and as the teachers from the schools called, then, they’d, released her. As the instructors found the adolescent to be covered with injuries, they’d reported to the social services again, and, petition to the courts, to terminate the parental rights of her father, and, had the county government find an attorney, to SUE her father a nd stepmother for obstruction of freedom and assault charges.
The father admitted to beating his own daughter, but claimed that it was his using excessive forces in disciplining her, the stepmother denied having physically abused her, and, blamed her husband for beating her stepdaughter mostly.
The D.A. believed, that the couple had physically abused the adolescent because of disciplinary issues long-term, causing injuries to the adolescent, she was taken out of her home by protective custody, the two adults were evasive in admitting what they’d done, and, they D.A. charged both with obstruction of freedom and assault, and asked the courts, to give them severe sentences based off of the laws of Child Welfare and Protective Act.
And so, this, is a story, of a modern day Cinderella, she was, beaten up by her own stepmother, and what was worse was that her father, joined in the abuse of this young woman, and, the young girl still wanted to be back home with her abusers, and this is very dangerous, because this young woman seemed to have gotten used to being abused as her way of life, and, chances are, she will meet up with abusive men like her father when she’s older, but for now, she’s, safe, at least, and her father and stepmother will be serving hard time for the abuse.
