Reason for his murdering her, and it wasn’t, premeditated, it was more of a “spur of the moment”, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
The janitor from Chenggong University, Lin attempted to kiss a female grad student’s breasts and she tried to fight him off, he was angered, shoved a rag into her mouth, then, strangled her to death. The Tainan D.A.’s Office fund the DNA of Lin on the breasts and the saliva of the victim, yesterday they’d prosecuted him on sexual molestation and murder, and asked the courts to give him the death penalty.
The indictment stated, that Lin, the murderer didn’t know the woman, nor was he acquainted with her, but, for the sake of his own desires, he’d tricked the woman to a place where she couldn’t get help, then, forcibly sexually molested her, then, strangled her to death, he’d used such cruel measures, was full of malice, and after his arrest, he’d dodged the accusations that the police placed on him, with absolutely NO sense of remorse, so the D.A. asked the judge for the maximum sentence. Lin is being kept in a holding cell in Tainan, and, he will be transferred to the courts for his hearing, and afterwards, the judge will decide if he is to remain in police custody.
The Tainan D.A. investigated and found, that Lin (age 42) works as a temporary janitor in Chenggong University, while he was on his rounds on October 28th of last year, he’d asked the female grad student to the second floor of the north building, into the counselor’s office for unknown reasons.
As the two of them entered into the counseling office, Lin started grabbing, and forced to kiss the female grad student on her breasts, she’d fought, screamed for help, Lin worried that others might hear, he’d shoved the rag he used to wipe down the desks and the tables into her mouth, then, pressed his hands tightly around her neck for over ten minutes until she’d stopped breathing, then, he’d pushed her to the walls, and, covered her body up with the couch in the office, then, locked up the counseling office, then he’d, fled the scene.
On that same evening, the female grad student was found by her fellow classmates dead in the counseling office, the police were called and reviewed the surveillance, found that Loin had tossed out the murdered victim’s shoes in the trahs, zoomed in on him, and arrested him the following day.
After Lin was caught by the police, he’d told that he and the female grad student had monetary dealings, that he got angered and strangled her, that it wasn’t, premeditated, but the investigators took in the evidence, and the forensics found that on the victim’s right breast, there were traces of Lin’s DNA, and they’d found his DNA inside of her bras too, and they became certain that Lin was responsible for murdering and sexually molesting her.
And so, this is why a woman should NEVER go anywhere alone, because you NEVER know if and when that PSYCHO is lurking right ‘round the corners, and, this woman died, simply because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and, thankfully, this murder/rapist was caught, and he deserved the DEATH penalty that’s for sure!!!
