A three-year-old boy in Hsinchu was beaten up by his own father and his cohabiting girlfriend, Chen, he was bound by the hands, forced to stand outside on the lanai too, the adults abused this young boy for a total of forty hours unstop, and the birthmother who went to visit her son saw, and reported to the police. The Hsinchu D.A.’s Office charged the birthfather, as well as the girlfriend, Chen on abuse and physical assault, and asked the courts to give them both severe sentences.
The investigators found, that the parents of this young boy were divorced last October, the eldest daughter was in the mother’s custody, the four and three year old sons were left in the father’s care; the man took along his sons, and lived with Chen.
The D.A. investigated, because the young boy hadn’t gotten potty trained yet, at around eleven in the evening on September 20th, Chen had, beaten both his legs, and, the child was, physically abused by his own birthfather, in the end, the child’s hands were bound with an elastic band by Chen, and the child was forced to stand at the entrance of the house. But because he’d lost control of his bowels, he was punished by having his arms raised up high, and stripped to barren by the entrance of the home, and this abuse lasted almost forty hours.
The D.A. pointed out, that it was during the Mid-Autumn Festivals, the child’s mother took along his sister to visit, and saw how her youngest son was nude, standing outside on the lanai, with his wrists bound, that there were, multiple injuries and bruises covering up his tiny body, with the fecal matters all around him, she’d notified the police immediately.
As the police came, they’d found the young child with feces on his body, that he had multiple contusions on his face, his forehead, his chin, along with everywhere else on his body, they’d looked into the matter deeper. The D.A. believed, that the child’s father, and Chen had abused the young boy, that they’d, broken the laws on assault and forced behaviors, plus they’d intentionally harmed a young child, they’d suggested the courts to give them both severe punishments.
The Department of Social Service of Hsinchu pointed out, that the young boy is now, living normally after being placed in foster care, that his thinly body got to his normal weight of nineteen kilograms, that he is staying with a regular schedule, that his birthmother would visit him every month regularly now.
And so, this had, happened to, a THREE-YEAR-OLD young boy, can you believe it? And just because your young child still hadn’t gotten potty trained completely, that’s still NO excuse to beat him up, and yet, that was, what these bad caretakers had done, and now, the child is placed out of his father’s home, and into, a more stable place.
