The kindness of a stranger, to this woman, and it’d, helped lifted up her spirits and made her day, translated…

Back when I was younger, I was, unaware, that the connection between people, had the wide variety of “flavors” like food, that it would be, the most, unforgettable kind.

On the day my youngest daughter was born, my husband, then was away for work, not in Taipei, as I went into labor around noon, I’d rushed to take a shower, then, took only TWO changes of clothing, headed to the hospital.  After I gave birth to my daughter without any troubles, the medical staff started trying to find my families outside the maternity wards, to get me to the post-natal care unit for my recovery.

a simple act of kindness, like thisthat’s, brightened up the woman’s day, photo found online

They’d hollered out for quite awhile, nobody showed, and the medical staff came into the delivery room, asked me, how come there’s nobody from my family there?  I’d told them, that all my families live in the southern parts.  They’d said okay, then, wheeled me to the recovery room then.

An elderly woman who was, looking after her daughter-in-law in the room I was brought in, saw how I just, battled life and death in delivery a short while ago, how I was, covered in sweat, looking very, fatigued, she’d, handed me, a glass of water.  Or maybe, it was me, feeling too strained, or that I was, too thirsty, that glass of water came right on time, it’d felt, especially quenching.  Thinking back, naturally, that glass of water tasted so good, because it was, filled up with a stranger’s care and concerns toward me.

This is how amazing a random act of kindness of a complete stranger impacted the person, and it may have been, a small gesture, but, it’d left this mark inside this woman’s heart that’s for sure.
