They Saw the Programs of Long-Term Care Finally Working, But it Was Too Late…the Son Had Strangled His Own Mother Dead

A man in Sanxia who’s registered as a psychologically ill person, two evenings ago, he was suspected of losign it, claimed that he couldn’t withstand how his own mother being ill and bedridden anymore, he’d strangled his mother who was bedridden in bed.  The local Department of Sanitations stated, that the man was psychologically ill long-term, and the Sanxai Sanitation Department Office paid visits to his home regularly, that he was currently getting treated too, he was, stabilized.  And ten days ago, his mother had, just filed for the government program of long-term care, and, on the day he’d strangled his own mother, she was, approved to receive the benefits.

The case worker committee member, Chen said, the man’s mother wasn’t long-term bedridden, and he’d not filed to get a foreign nurse, a while ago, the elderly tripped and fell, became incontinent, and immobilized, and so, in the help of the hospital, they were, referred, and, on the eleventh of this month, the man had gone ot the long-term care management center to file for the long-term care programs, and, on the eighteenth, the case workers visited the home to evaluate, and, noted nothing out of the ordinary on the day of the visit, the following day, the elderly woman was, formally, approved to receive the long-term care services, and, the man had, strangled his own mother to death on that day.

The department manager of the psychiatric department of the local Department of Sanitations, Du stated, that since 2015, the Sanxia office had made scheduled visits to this particular caretaker, and he was stabilized, and, had gone to see the doctors, he’d been taking medications long-term, and had been, stabilized.  They couldn’t figure out why he’d, killed his own mother, and the justice department already stepped in to investigate the matter now.

And so, despite how everything WAS already set up, and approved, the help still came a bit too late, and this is just, one of many cases of how help couldn’t arrive on time, because there’s, this DIRE need for the programs, and yet, the programs of long-term care was getting set up so very slowly, and these sorts of tragedies will keep on happening, because the systems still aren’t quite completely, functional yet!
