The doll arcades, without the shop attendants which were set up everywhere, had now, become potentially dangerous places; there were two men in Taichung, who saw two elementary age girls alone, inside the shops, they’d, forcibly bear hugged them, molested them, and were found guilty of forced sexual molestation and forced behaviors, sentenced to a total of four years an a month; a man, Lo in the doll arcades, met a nine-year-old girl, and asked her to come along, and brought her to a hotel, and raped her, the D.A. indicted him on forced sexual acts.
The verdict pointed out, that Tseng, on the morning of March 24th of this year, while riding across a doll arcade, saw two girls there, believed that they were easy targets, struck up a conversation with them, the girls were afraid, and didn’t reply back.

Tseng then forced his arms around the two young girls, sexually molested them, then left; the victims went home and told their parents, the parents called the police, the police went by the surveillance footage, and arrested Tseng. Tseng admitted to bear hugging the girls and sexually molesting them, and was sentenced.
Another fifty-seven-year-old man, Lo on July of this month, met a nine-year-old girl at a certain doll arcade, he’d gone up to chat with her, and gotten her phone number, later, Lo called her up multiple times, told her he was picking her up to play in the doll arcades, but instead, he’d taken her to the motels to rape her.
The officers told, that a lot of the doll arcades right now, in order to save up on the costs of personnel, they’d, allowed the shops to run themselves, and there are, many incidents of public disturbances, including theft, damages, and now, the incidents of young girls being raped and molested, the government should really focus on cracking down these doll arcades, without the attendants.
And so, this, is what’s currently happening, because the economy is down, a lot of shops are closing down, and, these arcades are the quickest way to make the money from rents, so they were, set up, all over the places, and, these places are attractive to younger children, because it only take ten dollars to play it, and, as the children were, lured in, the sexual predators take actions, and, guess W-H-O suffers in the end???
