The Man Was Indicted for Smacking and Kicking the Stomach of His Girlfriend’s Young Daughter and Murdering Her

Scapegoating here, and it’d, ended up in, the DEATH of a young infant!  It’s still MURDER, no matter what your excuses were, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Wu after he got drunk, he’d gotten into a verbal altercation with his cohabiting partner, Wang, and he’d used the daughter Wang had with her ex-husband, a one-and-a-half-year-old child as the punching bag, he was suspected of slapping the child across the face, and kicking her stomach repeatedly, causing ruptures in the young girl’s liver and spleen, which led to her death.  Wu admitted how he’d gotten violent, because the child was throwing a tantrum, the Taichung D.A.’s office prosecuted him based off of domestic violence causing death.

As the murder happened, Wu (age 27) was taken into custody, and, as the case was transferred, the Taichung district Court based off of how Wu had already, admitted to the charges, and that there wasn’t any chance that he would, recant his confessions, plus Wang begged on his behalf, gave him a bail of $80,000N.T.

Last year was when Wu moved in with Wang, Wang had a daughter with her ex, Wu believed that she’d spoiled her daughter rotten, on the evening of September 29th, he’d, smacked the child across the face, then, kicked her stomach repeatedly; the child was rushed to the E.R., she’d died of being severely injured.  Wang originally told the paramedics, that her daughter was “injured while dancing”, but the hospital didn’t believe her, and notified the police; as the D.A. interrogated, Wu had admitted to slapping the child, and kicking her, and as the court opened trial, he’d, apologized to Wang, “I’m sorry!”

The indictment charges pointed out, that because of economics, and how to teach the children, Wu got into arguments with Wang, became upset, started drinking in the living room on his own, Wang went to the back to hang up the laundry, with the young girl, tagging along.

Wu believed that his girlfriend spoiled her daughter, closed the backdoor, to prevent the child from following her mother out, and told her to stand, facing the walls.

The child started making a fuss, Wu slapped the child across both her cheeks with his right hand, the child lost balance, fell, and, got back up, using the walls to steady herself; as Wu was turning around, the child grabbed her right leg, and he’d, kicked her stomach hard.  As the child finally steadied herself back up to standing, she’d, used her hands to steady herself against the walls, and continued crying, while Wu returned back to the living room, to drink, and watch T.V.

Not long thereafter, the child’s cries died down, she’d, stopped making a sound, her hands slid down from the walls, she’d, kneeled on the ground, Wu mistook it for the child having fallen asleep.  As Wang finished hanging up the clothes, she saw her daughter on the couch, got ready to fed her, that was when she’d found, the child fallen completely limps, the child was, paralyzed, she’d, immediately took her child on her back, rushed to the hospital, but, the child suffered a ruptured liver and pancreas, causing internal bleeding, she went into shock, and then, died.

Imagine just how painful the final moments of life this young baby girl had experienced must be, and you still thought, that oh, I didn’t mean to hit and kick her that hard was going to, CUT it???  You’ve got to be shitting me here, abuse IS abuse, and, you’d, ABUSED your girlfriend’s young child to DEATH!
