The Man Was Asked to Take Care of Her Young Daughter, He’d Beaten Her Up, Ut]Until Her Bones Were Exposed, & Murdered Her, the Man’s Mother & Older Brother Refused to Testify Against Him

Leaving your child, in the care of someone WRONG, and this, is where the child ended!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Chuang was asked by his girlfriend who was sentenced to serve the time, to care for her four-year-old young daughter, but instead, he’d, beaten her to death with a steel rod, on the first trial, he was given the death sentence, while Chuang’s mother received a life sentence, for being an accomplice of the crime.  The hearing in the Highest Courts yesterday, Chuang’s attorney asked his mother, and older brother to testify on his behalf, but at the last moment, they’d, refused to, the grandfather of the young children spoke angrily, “TEN death sentence wouldn’t come close to being enough!”

The grandfather of the deceased criticized, that as the court was in session, the families of the victim were sat next to the families of the perpetrator, that the court didn’t show the slightest amount of empathy toward the situation, and Chuang’s mother didn’t even apologize to them, for what her son had done.

The four-year-old young child’s mother was sent to jail on drug charges, she was left to be taken care of by Chuang.  Her teeth were rotten, which made eating hard for her, last year around October and November, the child was beaten up severely by Chuang, because of how she couldn’t eat, she’d had multiple bruises on her body, there was even, a right femoral fracture, where the bone punctured through her skin, became exposed.  Chuang’s mother found that the child was severely injured, but worried what may happen to her own son who had an active arrest warrant on him, she’d, not take the child to get treated, and even lied to the visiting social workers, that the child wasn’t there, delayed the time for treatment, and opportunities too, the child died last year on November 22nd.

Chuang’s team of attorneys called Chuang’s mother and older brother to testify, hoped that they could, describe Chuang’s character, how he’d, grown up, but, as Chuang’s mother sat on the witness stand, she’d started crying, claimed, “I won’t testify, he’s my son.”  The judge and the attorneys were both surprised, the attorney told, “we want to know how he grew up, how he was raised, this has to do with his rights” she’d still told them, “my memories had faded”.  And, as Chuang’s older brother took the stand, he too, refused to testify as well.

The district attorney stated, that Chuang’s mother was also, a plaintiff, that her testimonies were, doubtful.

The young girl’s grandfather said, that her bones were exposed, that as adults, we couldn’t stand the pains, and yet, the mother and son pair didn’t take her to the doctors, would rather have his young granddaughter hurt to death, he’d wanted to know, “how much did she bleed?”

The judge asked Chuang if he was willing to pay for the settlements, Chuang said, because he’s in custody, he’d needed to “think about it” for a bit; while the grandfather of the child clearly stated, “we won’t settle!”

And, the family shouldn’t settle, because by settling, you’re, agreeing, that this young child DESERVED to get beaten to death, and this child didn’t.  And what this man did to his girlfriend’s daughter was, simply unforgiveable!!!
