A man who was once a bailiff at the D.A.’s office, Yuan, because his female coworker with whom he had an affair with wanted to break it off with him, he’d insulted her verbally, spit on her face at the workplace, and spread the photos of her being indecent around, and changed his shift to rape her, the Highest Court tossed back the D.A.’s dual appeal, and Yuan was sentenced to THREE years in prison for rape, confirmed.
Yuan’s grandfather was once a lieutenant general in the armed services at the start of this country’s history, and his father worked in a vital post locally, he was from a well-rounded family, and after he’d raped the woman, he was relieved of his work duties.
The verdict pointed out, that the bailiff, Yuan, who was already married started dating his female coworker back in June of 2014, they were on and off many times, at the end of 2015, the woman told him she was breaking up with him for good.
Yuan was upset of how he was, dumped, on July 21st of last year, Yuan was suspected of how the woman went public with their affair, he’d switched his shift intentionally, forced the coworker who was willing to take the woman’s shift to leave, and when they were alone, he’d threatened to kill himself, the female bailiff tried to talk him out, Yuan got shot down by her as he’d made his advances, they’d started in a verbal altercation at the D.A.’s office, he’d bear-hugged the female bailiff, and dragged her into the work office and raped her, and filmed the whole process with his camera phone!
Yuan the bailiff was prosecuted, the first trial he received three years, he’d appealed, saying that the woman already, forgave him, that they were lovers, that although he had, raped her, but it wasn’t “as serious as being raped by an unknown person”. Yuan also told the judge how he was fired from his post at work, he’d lost his status as a public office worker, that he’d lost his retirement pensions too, that he had a lot in mortgage to pay, his innocent wife and two young children will be troubled, he’d asked for a reduced sentence, even probation.
The verdict from the second trial pointed out, as a bailiff, Yuan worked the night shifts, but, due to his own personal relations, he’d, not done his duties as a night guard, he’d also, raped his female coworker in the D.A.’s Office, he’d broken the law completely, that there shall be no, mercy nor leniency shown toward him.
The Collectivist Court believed that the victim was a public office worker, she was already reprimanded for his inappropriate extramarital affair with his coworker, he may be fired from his workpost, and so, he’d, taken the deal, for the sake of after weighing the pros and cons of the case, and, Yuan’s wife was the one, who’d made the settlement happened, while Yuan’s behaviors were, unforgiveable and the courts didn’t feel sympathetic toward him one bit!
And so, you still needed your WIFE, who should DIVORCE you, to wipe YOUR sorry ass, and what you did, what the other woman did, was immoral, and you were BOTH government workers. That still just showed, how the morale of things is going down still, who would WANT people like these, to keep the orders of the courts, when they can’t even, keep themselves in check, huh???
