The Lacking in the Teachers’ Positions, the Educational Executives Became a New Option

Those who carried the dreams of becoming school instructors needed to take the courses in the department of education, pass their certifications, after they’d received their teaching certificates, they’d needed to pass the national exam for teachers’ qualifications in order to start working in the classrooms.  But due to the decrease of birthrate, the yearly openings for teachers in elementary and middle schools are, reduced, and, it’d become, harder and harder by the year, to pass the teaching certifications examinations, a ton of the wandering instructors turned to taking the public positions examinations, and take the educational department executives exams, to find an alternative way, and the starting salary of these is $46,000 a month, a lot better than what teachers are currently, being paid right now.

And so, due to how difficult it is, to pass the teachers’ qualifications exams here, that is why, a lot of those with dreams of becoming teachers take this alternative for themselves, and this would be a problem, because, if the teachers’ qualifications exams are getting harder, then, everybody who wants to become teachers will end up, taking this alternative choice, and then, there would be, a LACKING of instructors who stand in front of the podiums, to teach a class, plus, the pays are only a little bit less than formal instructors’ pays.
