After He Got Drunk, He’d Beaten His Own Best Friend, His Friend’s Head Cracked Open, and Died

Had he not been drunk, then, his friend may not have gotten, beaten to death by him, but he had, and this, was what had, happened, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Ju, two years ago, had a verbal altercation with an old friend, Huang, he’d smashed Huang’s head with the mahogany leg of a table over thirteen times, as Huang begged him, “Please stop!”, he’d still kept beating him, until Huang suffered internal bleeding from within his skull and died.  On the first and second trials, Ju was charged with murder and sentenced to sixteen years, and had his public position terminated for eight years, the Highest Courts tossed back his appeal yesterday, and, the punishment stands.

The verdict pointed out, that on January 23^rd of 2013, Ju had gone to Huang’s home to have some rice wine, he’d recalled how Huang had, insulted him from before, on that day, he’d, brought up the old beef, and, had stirred things up with Huang multiple times, and, in the heat of the moment, he’d, slapped Huang across the face, and, as his friends tried to back him away, he’d gotten back up, wanted to, beaten Huang up again, the two man started in a brawl, Huang threw a wooden tea table at Ju, the legs of the wooden tea table cracked.

As Ju saw, he’d, picked up the leg of the table that broke off from the tea table, and started, beating Huang with it, Huang fought, dodged, and, Ju ignored Huang’s pleas for him to stop, and still, bashed Huang’s head a total of thirteen times with the leg of the wooden table.

As Huang sustained the serious injuries, he’d, passed out, Ju left him there, and, rode off on his bicycle.  The following day, Huang’s older brother went to visit him at home, and that was when he’d found him lying on the floors, dead, he’d, immediately notified the police.

Ju admitted to smashing Huang with the leg of the table, but claimed, that he and Huang had known one another for dozens of years, that it was, only a simple spat between two friends, that he’d not intended to murder Huang; although he’d picked up the leg of the table and beaten Huang up, but he’d not known where he’d, hit Huang, nor can he recall how many times he’d hit him, and seeing how Huang was bleeding, he’d asked him if he wanted to go to the hospital, and he’d left him there, because Huang started, cussing him out, “I didn’t know it was this serious!”

The judge believed, that Huang’s head was bashed to denting, his ears were, split, the blood spattered up to the ceiling, which showed how much force Ju had applied to beating him, and all the injuries were around Huang’s head, that he’d, had the intent of killing his friend, found him guilty of murder.

This is probably still, a BUILT-UP of things that happened between the two men, because even IF you were drunk, there’s, NO way you would, possibly BEAT someone up with such brutal force that his head cracked open, and so, this man was, charged with the brutal murder, of his once, BEST friend, and he deserved it too!!!
