This is, tragic, and, the father had, secondhandedly, caused the young son’s death, although he wasn’t, directly responsible for the fire that got started, but, his tendencies of picking up recycling material had, blocked the passageway that made it more difficult, for the rescuers, to get to his own son on time, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A twelve-year-old boy called his father who was out working in the middle of the nights, “the house is on fire!”, the fire department rushed over and saved his life, but, even after the child was pulled out from the fire, he was still, battling with death.

Based off of understanding, the boy was living in a single-parent family, with just his father to look after him, the father, Chen worked day and night to make the money, and, as he was called, he’d, rushed home, saw his own young in a coma, he’d become, limp, from the anxieties.

The neighbors told, that the parents of the child had been divorced many years, that he’d originally lived with his grandmother, until she’d died two years ago, did he move in with his own father; the boy was very well-behaved, and his father would take him to and from school, they were very close.  Chen worked in janitorial during the daytime, and, on nights, he’d worked as a night security guard.

The neighbor told, that in their sleep last night, they’d received Chen’s call, and he’d called out, “My house is on fire!  My son’s inside, please go and save him!”, he’d gotten up, and saw that the fire was, raging out of control, that he couldn’t make his way in to save the child, he’d immediately, called the fire department.

As the fire department arrived at this brick one-story house, the house was already completely burned inside, and as Chen rushed home, he’d told the firefighters that he’d received the S.O.S. call from his son, but, because the fire burned out of control, the front door was completely, obstructed, the firefighters found their way in through the back, and, in forty more minutes, they were able, to discover the boy, in the bathroom, close to the back of the house.

There were, over eighty-percent second to third degree burns on this child’s body, he wasn’t showing any sign of life, the paramedics rushed him into the hospital for emergency resuscitation, and, he’d gained his pulse back, but was, still in a coma, and in critical danger.

The landlord said, that Chen the tenant had, accumulated a ton of recycled materials, and stashed them inside and outside the resident, that he’d, consoled with him, to clear the space, but he’d always said, that the items can still be used, and wouldn’t want to rid of them, and, it’d caused, the escape route to be, blocked.

And so, from this, the father had, secondhandedly, caused his own son to not be able to get out of the fire in time, and, had he not stacked ALL the useless recycling materials, and blocked the exit, then, the boy may not be in critical condition.
