The Case of Sexual Harassment in the Armed Services, Treated Like an Ordinary Military Case

It’s how they’d, handled the case that’s, improper here, and this sort of SHIT is still currently happening, all around the world, in the military units!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Marines’ 546^th Brigade had a sexual harassment case, the brigade reviewed it as an ordinary moral infringement case the board members of the intelligence and national security, Wang and Yang pointed out the flaws of the investigative processes, that it’d, seriously, damaged the victims’ privacy and morale, and called out the head commander of the marines.

The investigative board’s members believed, that the army’s treating the case as an ordinary morals issue, it’d caused the perpetrator, the victim, and the witnesses to be investigated in the same room together, it’d, severely, infringed the victims’ privacy; and, the army had made its calls in ten short days, and taken the perpetrator off his post in a little over ten days, it’d, not fulfilled the demands of a thorough investigation needed in these types of cases.

A certain soldier of the 564^th Brigade was out on July 27^th of last year, drinking and eating, the platoon leader after he was drunk, he’d, slapped his subordinates on two separate occasions, and started getting touchy with the female service members; the female head counselor was passed out, and carried off into her quarters.  The following morning, someone entered into her quarters, and attempted to rape her, she woke, and, the man leapt out of the window, and in a moment of hurry, the counselor believed it was the doing of the platoon leader.

The 564^th received the reports, and demanded all who were at the banquets to write out the reports, at the same time, in the same locations, and allowed for the discussions of the matter, didn’t pay attention that the attempted rape is in need of discretion, causing the identity of the victims to get known, she’d become, traumatized.

On August 2^nd, the news media learned of this, the military reviewed over the reports, and found the platoon leader guilty of two large reprimands (for slapping the subordinates), and two smaller reprimands (for improper bodily contact with a member of the opposite sex), he is to be relieved of is duty and post in the military by the ninth of next month, that the methods of handling the matter wasn’t by the book.  As for barging into the victim’s quarters early in the morn, the D.A.s after investigation, didn’t find that it was the platoon leader who had done it.

And so, a woman was, raped, and, nobody knows who’d done it, and what does that tell you about the military in this case?  That it’s, lacked morale, that the military still treats women like WHORES, and that would be a major problem, because how can there be any gender equality (anywhere really!!!) if women are being molested, and raped, while serving their military terms, and nobody gives a SHIT about it?
