The Waitress at the Bar Was Flustered…Giving Someone Drugs Had Made Him Passed Out, She’d Put the Burned Strips of Papers into Water, and Made Him Drink it to Save His Life

Yeah uh, calling the AMBULANCE would be, a much, WISER choice, don’t you think???  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A woman who worked in a bar, Chang after she’d gone to a motel with a client, Hou, she was suspected of making a bag of drug-filled coffee, to “help with sex”; Hou had an overdose, and started acting hysterically, like he was, being possessed, Chang then fed the burned up paper strips mixed in water to him by mouth, but because she’d delayed calling the ambulance, the man died.  The first trial found Chang guilty of manslaughter, sentenced her to a year and eight months, the second trial, the Kaohsiung High Subsidiary Courts found that she didn’t leave the man to die, and changed her sentence to only eight months in prison.

The courts believed, that because Chang had made the coffees for the clients, she was responsible, and needed to save his life, and on this front, Chang was found to have been neglectful.  The Collectivist Courts of the second trial, the judges believed that Chang had found help from the hotel staff, and attempted to feed him the mixture, that she had, attempted, to save his life, and so, they’d, decided, to lighten the charge of negligence homicide.

The verdict pointed out, that in September of 2014, Hou and Chang (age 32) stayed over at a motel, Chang said that Hou had taken out the drugs and wanted her to make a cup of coffee, not long thereafter, Hou started acting hysterically, started stomping the ground, hitting the floors, and rammed all over the hotel room; Chang was worried that she and he may get busted for drug abuse, she’d not reported it, nor taken him to the hospital, instead, she’d called Huang, the manager of the bar she worked in for assistance.  Chang suspected that Hou was possessed, and mixed in the paper strips that she got from a temple in with the water, then, fed it to Hou with her mouth; Huang had performed CPR on Hou, but he was, unresponsive, then, they’d, called the ambulance.

This may not have been murder, but it’s, at least, NEGLIGENCE homicide, because the woman had, handed him a cup of the coffee made with the illegal substance mixtures in it, which caused the man to convulse, and then, DIE eventually, so she should be found GUILTY, of negligence homicide, despite how she had, tried to help him, she’d, KILLED him with the illegal substances!
