On the run, for only a few short days, then, you got, CAUGHT!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Case of Ryan, the Canadian Man Who Was Dismembered Last Month, the Primary Suspect, Mayer, with Both American and Israeli Citizenship, Made His Escape to the Philippines Before the Police Found Out He’d Murdered the Canadian Man, But, the Filipino and Taiwanese Police Worked Together, Late Two Nights Ago, They Arrested Mayer, Who Was Hiding Out in the Philippines for Thirteen Days, Hopefully, He Will be Extradited Back to Taiwan for a Trial.

Mayer was hiding in an apartment when he was arrested, the location was lent to Mayer by a Filipino woman; there were, about twenty secret services workers and immigrations officers who caught him late at eleven two evenings ago, back then, Mayer was drinking with his friends, as the police rushed in, he looked, flustered.

The Criminal Investigation Unit said, that their goal was to take the suspect back to Taiwan to trial, but because Mayer was drug dealer, he had methods to evade the police, and there were correspondences in the Philippines, the Philippines will check to see if he were involved in other cases locally, then, talk with Taiwan about extradition.  The officers pointed out, that the police of the two nations worked closely together, and, the U.S. already denied his citizenship too, and there was a high chance of him being extradited back to Taiwan, the Criminal Investigations Bureau hoped to get him back to Taiwan to try him.

Last month, Ryan was murdered and dismembered, left by the riverbanks of the Zhongzhen Bridge in Yonghe, the police found that the African America, Bent, and the tattoo artist, Oren Shlomo Mayer, age 37) were suspects.

On the 25th of last month, the police arrested Bent, and the man, Wu who’d helped buy the murder weapon, but Mayer had, already, escaped to the Philippines on the midnight flight on the 24th.

The international department of the criminal investigations unit first notified the Interpol, made sure that Mayer had, arrived in Manila, then, immediately collaborated with the Filipino police to arrest him; the country’s police department set up a task force, and found that Mayer had stayed at a hotel in Manila, but as they got there, he’d already, checked out on the 27th.

The police immediately tracked down the cab which he took, and found a local woman having involved, and, chased him to her apartment.

The criminal investigation unit told, that Mayer had planned to take a ferry out of the Philippines, but, the immigrations had already, set up the traps for him, there was, nowhere he could go, and so, he was hiding at his friend’s place.

And so, this murderer was, arrested, and he only had his no more than fifteen days of freedom, and that still just showed, that if you do something bad (like MURDER???), there’s, NO way you’ll, ESCAPE for the long run!
