But, Lin was involved in another SKY embezzlement case, and these two cases, had the delayed payments of the clients after they’d sent in their investments.
The accomplices of the ring, Liu and Wu, in order to get their own funding, demanded that Lin give the rights to operations of his Rich Springs, Limited in Hong Kong and Gold Rich Limited in the Cayman Islands to them.
Based off of understanding, after Liu and Wu got the companies under their controls, they were suspected of using the designs, to scam the investors, claiming that the company was a subsidiary of retirement pensions in Hong Kong and U.S.
And so, if you’re not wanting to make some quick cash quickly, would you be scammed? Uh, NO, but because these sounded like offers that are, too good to be true, because they are, and, these scam artists offered the amazing incentives to the victims, and, gave them something sweet to lure them all in, that is why, the victims got scammed!
