He Knew Someone Was Underneath the Vehicle, But He’d Still, Driven Over Him, Guilty of Murder Charge

Knowingly, running someone OVER, that constitutes as, MURDER!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man drove drunk last year, and rammed over Chen, the contractor, and Wu, the construction worker, he’d disregarded out onlookers smacked at his car windows, still DROVE through Chen who was, caught underneath his wheels.  The judge of the Taichung District Court believed that Jiang stopped the car, then, RAN Chen over that he had, the intent of murder, and sentenced him to thirteen years in prison, and, found him guilty of injuries and public endangerment, with a total of combined sentence of ten months, and he can pay a $30,000N.T. to get out of serving the ten-month sentence.

As the Taichung District Attorney’s Office indicted him, the D.A. persecuted Jiang with manslaughter from drunk driving, because they didn’t know if he had the intent of murdering Chen, or if Chen died during the first impact or the second time that Jiang ran him over, and the sentence for this is between three to ten years.

But, the first trial in the Collectivist Courts believed, that based off of witnesses’ testimonies, and the dash cam records, and the coroner’s reports, it’d shown, that after Jiang ran Chen over, he was still able to judge, but disregarded how Chen was lying under his car, and that if he drove over him again, he would, certainly die, and he’d still, chosen, to run him over, that it was, intentional, that he’d, murdered the man with his vehicle, and changed the indictment, and charged him with the more severe murder by vehicle.

The verdict pointed out, that Jiang (age 54) who owned a B&B, at around one in the afternoon on December 11^th, of last year, after drinking whiskey in Beitun, Taichung, he drove his Mercedes home, as he’d passed the intersection of Jing-Der Road and Fu-Rong Street, he’d, rammed into Chen, the contractor, and Wu, the skilled worker who were setting up the pipelines.

The foreman, Chiao close by went up to Jiang’s window, slapped it, called aloud, “Someone’s underneath your car!” three times, asked Jiang to not move his vehicle.  But Jiang got out to check, and then, pressed down on the gas pedal, sped off, causing Chen to suffer fractures, pneumothorax, and hemathorax, multiple rib fractures, after he was rushed to the hospital, he’d, died, the other construction worker, Wu sustained a right thoracic contusion and concussion.

So, this man’s intent to MURDER the two workers is very clear, he could’ve stopped, but he didn’t, and, what he’d done, was WORSE, he’d opened up his door to check, and then, RUN the two people over, killing them, and he deserved to get punished severely for what he’d done, taking away the lives of two men!
