The three siblings in Penghu went out to play on the docks last night without adult supervision, and they fell into the water accidentally, as the father of three went to look for them, he was shocked, to discover, that her four-year-old second son and her three-year-old youngest daughter already, floated atop the oceans, he’d rushed in to get them back up to shore, and called the emergency services. But, the young girl was declared dead in the evenings, and, the little boy, after emergency resuscitation measures, was stabilized, and got lifted to the VMH in Kaohsiung to continue treatment by a helicopter.
Based off of understanding, the three kids of the family, the eldest son was five, the second son, four, the youngest daughter was three, they lived between the police station and the temple in Penghu, their mother who was registered as a handicapped person watched the home, the three siblings ran out to play a lot.
At around six in the evening, the three siblings went out together, and still hadn’t come back home by seven, their father who’d been off from work a couple of hours felt something wasn’t quite right, went out to search for them, and saw his eldest, in distress, standing on the piers, and, as he’d gone up to him, he saw his younger son and youngest daughter floating on the oceans.

Back then, the tides were receding, the father lifted up his children, and immediately called for the ambulance, the local fire department sent out two ambulances, five paramedics, and lifted the siblings to the Tri-General Hospital branch in Penghu, and the Department of Health & Welfare Hospital, but the daughter was declared dead by 8:26 in the evening, and the young boy, after resuscitation, regained his pulse and started breathing, at ten in the evening, he was, lifted to the VMH in Kaohsiung.
The mother of the children told the police earlier, that the children went out to play with the neighbors, but then, changed her statement, and they’re still trying to understand why the children had, fallen into the oceans. The police called up the district attorney, to examine the facts, to find out exactly why the accident had happened.

I’ll save you ALL the troubles, and tell you H-O-W this tragedy happened: it’s because the parents aren’t watching their kids closely enough, and, it’s the summer time, and the weather’s getting hotter, hotter, and hotter still, and the kids, like all of us, want to cool off, and, they go for a swim, without telling their adults, and that, is how and why these drowning accidents are still, happening, and this still won’t BE an isolated case in this world!!!
