The Judge Was Insulted by the Defendant, Had Water Poured Over Him

Dis-order in the courts here!!! Off the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Liu was displeased that his attorney’s claims of having the judge returning the fees of the court case, and, in another monetary lawsuit, that was ruled by the same judge, he’d gotten so furious, shouted out to the judge, and splashed the water, “What right have you, to sit in that seat……how much in bribes did you take”. The judge ordered the arrest of Liu and Wang, who’d chimed on alongside, and charged them both with insulting an officer of the law.

As Liu was interviewed, he’d accused that an attorney demanded the fees of his trials from Judge Yeh, but she’d, tossed back the claims, he’d believed that the judge was unjust, was displeased, and later on, the monetary issue case was turned over to a simplified ruling, by the same judge. He believed that the procedures were problematic, and filed a complaint, but never got any replies back, he’d, voiced his displease by pouring the water.

Based off of understanding, at around three in the afternoon yesterday, Liu who was sitting on the witness stand suddenly picked up the plastic bottle he had, then, splashed the contents onto where the judge, Yeh was sitting, Yeh immediately ducked to the right, but the water was splashed onto the walls, above the computer; Yeh made a warning, questioned why he’d done it?

“How can I accept this!”, Liu shouted in court, and, “What right have you, to sit where you’re sitting? That seat should be for a righteous judge…” Yeh gave Liu a verbal warning, told him to calm down, to not show contempt toward the courts, but Liu was extremely emotional, even made the threats, “You need to be careful as you walk down the streets, don’t get hit by a car, are you a dinosaur?”

Yeh saw that he couldn’t stop Liu from the threats, he’d started shouting back at him, and even smacked down the books, and warned Liu multiple times, “I’ll hold you in contempt of the court” in the end, he’d asked the bailiff to arrest him. At which time, Liu turned to him and said, “how much bribe did you take?”, the friend, Wang who was there for Yeh got emotional too, and shouted, “Why are you, judges so loud?”, he was also, arrested by the bailiff too.

Yeh felt taken and told, that he’d worked as a judge for two years, and, worked hard, worked the overtimes for a year and a half straight, “If your reasons were justified, then, why do you think it got tossed back by the courts? How come there are so many, who don’t support your case?” in the end, he’d calmed back down, and said, “Court is out of session for now!”

And so, there are, just too many who were, unreasonable, who don’t, look AT what they’d done, to get them where they are (in courts), and just keep on pointing fingers, believing that the whole world had, wronged them, and that, is what a judge faces from a day to day basis.
