This would be, cruel and unusual way to murder somebody, and maybe, the younger brother was having a relapse of his mental condition and got into an argument with the older brother and picked up a knife, then, butchered him up, we don’t really know, because there would be more investigations that’s needed, before any conclusions are drawn.
