Back then in October, Weng started soliciting sex using a friendship app on the cell phones with the adolescent, as the mother found, she’d falsified as her daughter, and gotten the testimonies, and agreed on a price to meet; as Weng drove up, about to pick up the young woman in Daliao to have sex, the police who were ambushing rushed up and arrested him, after the police interrogated him, they charged him with breaking the laws on child and youth exploitation, and the D.A. indicted him.
