The bad effects of drug abuse! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
A man, Tsai allowed his girlfriend, Chang, who’d not slept all night use an overdose of ecstasy and other illegal substances, causing Chang to die of drug abuse; he saw his girlfriend had died, and not called the police, instead, he’d, gone out, bought some drinks, then, returned back home, to continue abusing the illegal substances. The Taipei District Court found him guilty for providing the substances that killed his girlfriend, sentenced him to nine years, and he can appeal it.
The verdict pointed out, that at the end of 2016, Tsai had provided Chang with drugs like ecstasy and coffee packs; on the evening of January first of last year, Chang went to work, didn’t sleep at night, until she’d returned home the following morning, and Tsai still provided the ecstasy for her to use every two hours, she’d, taken five pills total.
After Chang took the pills continually, she’d started, tremoring, twitching, became limp, and finally, lost consciousness, Tsai did not take her to the hospital, just put a towel and toothpaste for Chang to bite down on, then, force fed her milk to help her vomit, but, Chang died of substance abuse.
After Tsai saw Chang had died, he’d still not called the police, instead, he went out to buy drinks, then, returned to his residence, and continued abusing ecstasy and ketamine, until Tsai’s ex girlfriend came, and found him unconscious, and Chang naked in the bathrooms, with the livor mortis showing, she’d immediately called the fire department.
Tsai was resuscitated back to life, he’d admitted to providing the substances to give his girlfriend her high, but didn’t expect her to die; after she died, he’d wanted to die too, that was why he’d rushed downstairs to buy the coke, the cigarettes, the gums, to have it with the drugs, to make the effects work faster.
The judge believed, that Tsai knew that the drugs he’d provided for his girlfriend are dangerous, and knew that his girlfriend hadn’t slept all night, and wanted to give her the energy boosts, and provided to her; and when Chang died she was only twenty-three, and Tsai never reached a settlement agreement with Chang’s father, other than helping with the funeral costs, he’d not paid for killing his daughter, Tsai was sentenced to nine years for providing the drugs causing Chang to die and breaching the laws of drug abuse.
Because you were getting high, you’d, neglected to know that your girlfriend was having difficulties breathing, which caused her to die in the end, and, had you paid attention to her wellbeing, not provided the drugs to her to use, she wouldn’t have died, and so, you were found guilty, of murder…and nine years is still too lenient if you ask me!
