His Birthmother Didn’t Love Him, But He Was Loved by His Stepmother, and in Just Three Month, the Child Fattened Up

The woman from Taoyuan, Chou took up a ton of bad habits, drinking, smoking, she’d not had the mind to take care of her three-year-old son, her husband divorced her, and remarried again, the stepmother loved the child dearly, and in three months time, the child became very healthy, and, she’d filed for adoption of the boy, the courts allowed.

The Taoyuan District Court investigated and found, that Chou kept a ton of bad habits, smoked, drank, and chewed betel nuts, is away from home a lot, didn’t have the mind to take care of, or to raise her own three-year-old son, and the young boy would often play with the cigarette butts, the empty beer bottles to play with, and, crawled around the floor, covered in chewed up betel nuts, and had become, starved to skin and bones, a year ago, her husband Yang divorced her and remarried Chang.

As the stepmother married, she’d felt bad over how the boy was starved, and how the house was a mess, she’d taken care of the odds and ends of the house, treated the boy as he were her own, and, sacrificed her days off to stay at home with him, in three months, she’d, fattened up the child, and after she’d gotten consensus from her husband, she’d, filed for adoption of the boy with the courts.

As the court was in session, the child’s birthmother stated that it was trying to take care of him, that she had no “emotional bonds” with him anymore, and agreed to allow his stepmother to adopt him. The child’s birthfather also stated, that “my son is very attached to my wife, they’d interacted well together”, that in her care, his son gained weight.

The family court judge visited, and, had the birthmother and the stepmother there at the same time, and watched how the young child interacted with them both, the family court judge asked the child, “where’s your mommy”, the three-year-old lifted his head, looked at his stepmother, walked toward her, and, got on her lap, but ignored his own birthmother, like she was a stranger.

The stepmother of the child stated, that her husband isn’t well, that if he was given to his birthmother to care, his life would be hard, she’d stressed that she would treat this young boy whom her husband had with his ex like he were her own, “I will give him the best!”

The judge based off of the family court’s observations, and believed that the stepmother really loved the boy, and was willing to give to him, and that it’s in the best interest of the young child, granted the permission to adopt.

So, the stepmother of this young boy really loved him, she’d taken care of him, while his own birthmother didn’t, and, naturally, the judge would give her the right of his custody, because being with her, living with the family, is what’s, in the best interest of this young boy!
