A real case of a kid who’d, run away from school, and he had, valid reasons to too, and the teachers are, trying to help him, after knowing what he’d, needed from them, from the Front Page Sections, written by a middle school teacher, translated…
How is truant, my coworker had been looking for him since this morn; the students told me as I got in, that they saw him, running off with a few other problematic students to the train station. The following day, I saw How, accompanied in, by his grandmother, she’d looked, heavyhearted, and the boy, looked defeated, following, behind her.
I’d asked my coworkers, to prod around for the reason why How was, truant. My coworker sighed, that his parents died in an accident when he was a young infant, and, his grandmother had to, shoulder the burdens of raising him.
My coworker told, “The very first asset we take with us in this world was the love from our parents, and this kid didn’t have ANY of that. Maybe, I couldn’t, replace his mother, but, I’d needed to, help him see his own worth, to not give up on himself, because he didn’t, have a complete, or proper family.”

During the afternoon break hours, I’d, called How in to chat, I’d asked him why he ran away from school, he’d told me, “Teacher, I can’t understand anything we’re learning in middle school, and every time I’d done awful on an exam, I was, forced to copy things as punishment, and I couldn’t manage that much workload and, I’d gotten into a fight with grandmother last night, and, those people called out to me, so, I’d, gone with them.” And this time, I’d only told him, that his homeroom instructor was, worried about him, that he shouldn’t, do it again.
Actually, there are, children like How in every school, even those who were, neglected, long-term by their parents too, without enough love and care, all they have in life, weren’t just, zero assets, but a negative assets, and education is, what helped those children with no assets, coming into the world, to slowly, accumulate what they can, live off of, or perhaps, if they’d, stayed in school, they will be able to, find the true kinds of assets they needed and wanted in life later on.
And so, this is, how important education is, for these kids who didn’t have enough, to begin with, and yet, these children are the easiest, to go astray, because of the lacking in their lives, not having parents to watch over them, raised by grandparents, who are, way too busy, making a living, and in school, they don’t do well, it’s a wonder, they wanted, to run away, to find some other place they belonged, and, if the teachers of the school can’t notice this about these children, then, chances are, these kids will, go down the wrong roads, and, once they’re down that road, there’s, no turning their lives around again!
