She’d Lost in the Court Case for Adultery Against Her Husband She Took Footages of Him Having Sex with His Goddaughter, Was Sentenced & Mandated to Pay a Fine

An elderly woman, Ting who lived in U.S. long-term suspected that her husband who live alone in Taiwan was having an affair with her goddaughter, she’d secretly installed the cameras, captured them cheating, then sued them both for adultery; the judge believed, that the footages weren’t extracted through legal means, that it wasn’t, admissible as evidence, and found her husband not guilty. But, on the charges of obstructions of secrecy, the elderly woman was found guilty of, sentenced to three months, and she would be on probation for two years, and mandated to pay $250,000N.T.’s, the case can still be appealed.

The judge stated, that the spouses shouldn’t think they have the rights to spy, if they suspected their spouses are infidel, and this confirmed Ting’s crimes, but considering how her husband, Hu, the elderly man had breached the marital “contract”, she’d received probation, but she’d needed to donate $50,000N.T. to the treasury.

The seventy-four year-old Ting had been married to the seventy-five-year-old Hu for almost half a century, they’d originally lived together in the U.S., but Hu fell ill and was treated in Taiwan and stayed, while his wife stayed in the U.S. to look after their daughter.

During the time of Hu’s hospital treatment, he’d met the nurse, Lin (age 41), and took her as his goddaughter; in March of 2015, Lin had, moved in to Hu’s residence. Hu’s wife started suspecting that her husband was cheating on her with Lin, the following month when she’d returned back to Taiwan, she’d installed the cameras, and zoomed the cameras in on the bed.

On October of that same year, as Hu’s wife returned, and checked the cameras, it’d captured eight total times with Lin, fellating or having sex with her husband, she’d sued Hu for adultery, and that was when Hu realized, that his wife had been, filming him without his knowledge for six months, and after last July, he was found not guilty because the evidences were circumstantial, he’d sued her for obstruction of secret.

As the trial went on, Ting plead guilty and admitted what she’d done was wrong, the judge believed, that her crimes of obstruction of secrecy was clear, but, because Hu was the one who’d breached the contracts of their marriage first, the judge gave her probation.

And that, is why you should HIRE an uninvolved THIRD-PARTY (like a P.I.???) to collect the evidence for you, because if you don’t, you end up like this woman, having an infidel husband, and getting SUED for keeping tabs on his cheating behaviors.
