The Police Was Found to Have Harbored, the Arcades, the D.A. Took Three Groups of Law Enforcements to Search for the Evidences

Using the advantage of your jobs, covering up for the illegal operations of gambling arcade, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The D.A.s Offices in Kaohsiung found another arcade owner to have bribed the police as they’d examined the facts of the case where the police gave the arcades the heads up of when there will be checks, yesterday, the district attorneys sent a search at the various substations, and called Ou, an officer, as well as Liu, and others in the arcade operations to report. The D.A. received tips, that Liu set up a switchboard factory, and operated arcades in Pingdong and Kaohsiung too, and was suspected of bribing the officers to not fine the shops.

There were, twenty-five officers who are on duty or retired, to have found to have been involved, the highest ranked was the former police station manager, Lee, received eight years in the first trial, his second trial is currently pending; the D.A. searched the home and the office of the sergeant, Ou, along with the switchboard factory of the operator of the arcades, Liu, this was an unrelated case to the previous.

Based off of understanding, the sergeant, Ou (age 55) worked in the Linyuan Substation for over ten years, he’d entered and exited out of the Zhongzhuan Substation, worked in the police units, and as his office was being searched, his coworkers were, surprised of it.

As the district attorney’s office received the tips, the sergeant, Ou was working, he was connected with the owner of the arcade manufacturer, Liu, and because Liu owned arcades in Pingdong and Kaohsiung too, in order to evade the police checks, he was suspected of paying the officers for the heads-up for when the officers are heading his way. After the D.A.s office searched, they’d confiscated Ou’s two cell phones, as well as his bank deposit books, and other items. The D.A. is currently checking to see if there were, unaccounted for money between Ou and the owners of the arcades, along with how they’d, contacted one another, and how frequently, both men were sent to Kaohsiung D.A.’s Offices late last night.

The internal affairs unit of the city police stated, that Sergeant Ou had worked for a long time in Zhongzhuan Station, is very familiar with the locale, he was never listed as an officer of concern, and that if he was found to have been involved in taking bribes from the arcade owners, the police will do what they are supposed to, treat him like a regular criminal.

Because this POLICE officer knew the law, and, still broke it, and for what? Some EXTRA cash? And that just showed, how easily, the officers of the law can be paid off, to cover up, or to not report criminal activities, and, I still know, that these BAD police officers are only, the minorities of the group, that most of the officers of the law wouldn’t break the laws like this…
