A Window Washer Forgotten His Keys, Fell to His Death After Getting Drunk

Accidental death, which could’ve, easily, been prevented, had this man not gotten DRUNK!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The thirty-five-year-old window cleaning skilled worker, two evenings ago, went out to drink, and after he’d returned home to Danshui, he’d, fallen out of the window and died; the police investigated, that he’d once called his family, “I’m home, but I forgot my keys”, and not long thereafter, he’d, fallen to his death, and suspected that he may have tried to climb in from the staircase window, but was careless, and fell from the eleventh floor.

The Hsinbei Police Department and Fire Department received the call at around ten, reporting that someone from the community in Hsin-Yi Road had fallen out of the building, the patrol officers, and the paramedics from the fire department rushed over, and the man already died, and he’d smelled of alcohol. The police sealed up the scene, and took the evidence, found that the man who’d fallen to his death was a resident, Chen from the eleventh floor of the building, they’d notified his family to get home quickly.

The police investigated, that the deceased was a window washer, unwed, lived with his family; two evenings ago, he’d gone to a gathering with his friends, and his family also went out to Beitou, there wasn’t anybody at home.

Chen arrived home at around ten in the evening, he’d once called his families that he was home, but because he didn’t take his keys when he’d left his house, he couldn’t get back in; not long thereafter, Chen had fallen out the window, to his death.

The police found, that the windows of the eleventh floor elevator was opened up, and that there was sign of climbing out on the walls outside, suspected that Chen didn’t bring his keys after he got home that evening drunk, and that because he had worked as a window washer, he wasn’t afraid of the heights, he’d attempted to climb out from the window to enter home, but because he was intoxicated he’d lost focus, or that he’d become, unsteady, he’d accidentally, fallen, to his death.

The D.A. examined the body with the coroners, found visible impact wounds on Chen’s thoracic, the families didn’t object to the coroner’s ruling of Chen’s accidental fall to death.

There were, still too many variables that combined, to cause this man’s death, had he not been intoxicated, had he not forgotten his keys, had his families been at home, then, he wouldn’t have died, but, because all of the above details weren’t met, that was why, he’d, died, and it was, a sad accident, that’s, results in this man’s death…
