He’d Murdered His Own Older Brother, Assumed His Identity to Gain a “New Lease” on Life, He’d Kneeled in Front of His Sister-in-Law, Told Her He Was Wrong to Have Murdered Her Husband

Because you’re in desperate need of a “new” identity, so you’d, resorted to MURDER, was that it??? And you still did NOT get away with MURDER, did you??? Of course N-O-T! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The forty-nine-year-old man, Lin after weathering through his divorce, the bankruptcy of his company, being charged with fraud, he’d murdered his own older brother, to attempt to gain a new lease on life for himself; the D.A.’s offices indicted him on murder charges last year, and recommended the life sentence from the judge, the Taichung District Court started the trial yesterday, he was so emotional that he’d gotten down on his knees toward his eldest sister-in-law, “I’m sorry, I was wrong!”

As his eldest sister-in-law saw, she’d cried in court, and begged for mercy from the judge, she said, the murder had, already happened, that her mother-in-law is elderly and needed a son to care for him, that she’d hoped that Dzong-Yao Lin could be released soon, to fulfill his filial piety duties toward her.

Lin is currently serving the time for another case, he was depressed in prison; the courts gave him a psych evaluation, the psychiatrist testified yesterday, that as Lin committed the murder, he’d done a series of needed measures, which showed that his mental capacity was not declined at the time when he’d committed the crime, and as Lin was cross-examined on the details of the case, he’d evaded the questions, and started crying, and said he was remorseful over what he’d done, and wanted to “give his life up”.

The investigators found, that Dzong-Yao Lin was a good business man who was successful, and loved by his parents, and his parents bought an insurance policy of ten-million dollars N.T. for him; his older brother, Zheng-Hsien Lin was a compulsive gambler, and he’d paid for his older brother’s gambling debts, and displeased had been building up between the two men since a long time ago.

Six years ago, Dzong-Yao Lin was divorced, his company bankrupted, and he was convicted of fraud, he’d had the thought of assuming his older brother’s identity, to get the insurance pay-offs, to start his life anew; in 2015, he had the assistance of his own mother, applied for his brother’s national identification card, with his own photograph, and started living as his own older brother.

Last year on May 31st, he’d gone out to sing karaoke with his friends, and, changed his clothes five times, to create a solid alibi; on the early morning of June 1st, he’d asked his older brother out, and, in the redistricting zone in Xitun, Taichung, attacked his own older brother with a hammer, then, after his older brother fell to the ground, he’d, hacked his carotids then, severed off his hands, then, placed his own driver’s license, his business card, and the dice, and set his body ablaze, to try to make it look like he was murdered, because he’d cheated in gambling.

The police were reported, and compared the DNA of Zheng-Hsien Lin’s son with the DNA of the body, and confirmed that it was him, and not Dzong-Yao Lin who’d died.

And so, this, is a murder, that’s caused by this younger brother’s wanting a new lease on life, because he’d been beaten by his own life, his company went bankrupted, because he’d committed FRUAD (whose fault was that???), he was sued for fraud (whose fault WAS that???), and he’d wanted a clean slate, and so, he’d MURDERED his own older brother, and stolen his identity, but in the end, he still got caught, and that still just showed, when you do something EVIL (and this is an evil thing this man had done!!!) you will NEVER escape punishment!
