This is, getting worse, with these younger generations of girls, falling victims! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
There had been, an influx of the crimes that’s happened online, based off of police investigations, “sex extortions” became, the trending style of online crimes. More and more victims, are getting extorted by the holders of the sex tapes, because they were secretly filmed, or gotten coaxed online to get the footages shot, or even, filmed by their intimate partners, and of them, the younger generations took up the majority of the victims.
The Wings Foundation posted out the statistics, that last year was the very first time, that “sex extortions from online” rated higher than online bullying for the very first time, with the youngest victim who was only fifteen years of age, the foundation believed, that this is due to how technologies are advancing too fast each and every year.
The Women and Children’s Protections Squad from the city of Taipei pointed out, that “sex extortions” are the newly established criminal activities, that it’d not been, formally named by the government, and, most cases would develop, and will be charged as obstruction of secrets, threats, or obstructions of sexual freedoms.
The squad told, that there was a junior female student in college who’d been dating a guy for half a year, and they’d had sex, with him filming them, she’d attempted to stop him from capturing the footages, but it didn’t work; later she’d broken up with him, and he’d kept coming at her, and threatened her that he’ll make the footage public, to get her to keep on having sex with him. And the victims could no longer take it, and severed off all contact with the man, and the boyfriend actually streamed the sex footages onto a foreign porn site, and as her friend saw the footage, she’d told her, and that was when the victim immediately notified the police.
The police said, that victim described her ex-boyfriend as being educated and courteous, and after they’d started dating, she’d found that he was, controlling, and after they broke, she’d never imagined that he was actually, going to stream the sex footages online to threaten her.
Another young woman who’d dated her boyfriend for many years, as they were still happy, she’d often sent the sexually illicit photos of herself to him, and later on, the love faded, and she’d wanted to break up, and the boyfriend gave an account of a social networking site, and other than the private sexual photos of the victim, there were also footages he’d shot of her, sleeping nude too; the boyfriend threatened her, “if you don’t get together with me, I’ll set the file to public”, but the victim refused, and immediately called the police.
The Wings Foundation believed, that sex extortion included the sex webcam sessions getting filmed on the side, the secretly filming someone without her/his consents, or the private photos of oneself getting stolen, and the individuals being threatened; the males who were victimized, were usually asked to pay the money, while the females were usually asked to continue in relationship with someone, or, get threatened, with more filming of sexually intimate footages.
The Taipei City Detectives said, “sex extortion is not only criminal, and the person who was extorting may also be facing civil charges, and that the breaking up should be rational”, and never use the measures as a means of retaliation; and consoled that men and women in love stop doing selfies, because there’s so much uncertainties online, and once the photos or footages spread online, even if the victims sued the perpetrators, there’s no way to be sure, that those photos of footages are completely, wiped off the internet.
Because that, is the way, the people “show” how much they loved one another, that is why, they feel compelled, to send each other nude photos of themselves, without realizing, that one day, if the two of them break up, then, the footages will be used against the party who stripped down, and this is just NOT having the sense, to PROTECT yourselves!
Don’t be STUPID, there are, many OTHER ways to show how much the two of you love each other, without jeopardizing your own safety and wellbeing, you DO realize that, don’t you? Or, MUST you stream your photos nude, for your boy or girlfriend to “keep”, for it to be called L-O-V-E???
