In Order to Get the Bid for the Case of Janitor Works, He’d Given His Workers Drugs to Get Them Addicted and Found People to Beat Them Up

As if hiring illegals wasn’t bad enough, you’d gotten your competitor hooked on drugs, to threaten him, and you’d knocked up a female employee in your contract company too, this is truly, bad!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Huang was suspected of controlling the migrant workers in his cleaning company by getting them addicted to amphetamine, a female migrant worker was raped by Huang, had an abortion, and Huang invited his competitor, Ke to abuse the meth he provided, then, had Ke give up the bids for the getting the job, Ke refused, and Huang took his group of migrant workers and beaten him up, forced him to sign a check for it; the offices of immigrations in Hsinbei City received a tip, and chased the leads, arrested Huang and six other suspected, then, charged them with human trafficking, robbery, threats, and drugs.

The thirty-nine year old Huang started at cleaning company in Nangang in 2016, and took the local construction site jobs, and because hiring the locals to clean up the cement, to move the bricks, he’d needed to pay each worker $2,000 to $3,000N.T.s per day, and by hiring the escaped migrant workers, Huang only needed to pay them $800 to $900 N.T.s per day.

Huang was suspected of supplying amphetamine to the migrant workers, and once they were addicted, he’d asked them to pay him for the drugs, and so, the migrant workers can only keep on working for him, and bought the substances from Huang with the money they made working for him; and, after Huang got high, he would become physically abusive toward the migrant workers, some couldn’t take it anymore, and ran off.

Huang also provided amphetamine to Ke who is also a construction site cleaning owner, and everything that Ke earned, he’d given to Huang to get the drugs; last February, Huang had his eyes on the case that Ke’s company got, went with his migrant workers, to get Ke to give it to him, Ke refused, Huang and his workers were suspected of beaten him up seriously, sent him to the hospitals. Ke was also, forced to wire $860,000N.T. of the money he’d gotten from the contracts to Huang’s account, and signed a $600,000N.T. check too.

Because Huang started demanding more and more money from Ke, Ke could no longer take it, and reported it; the Hsinbei City’s Immigrations task force on the eleventh of this month started the search, and arrested Huang, and Chen (age43), whose name was on the title of the company, Huang’s ex-wife, Chang (age 37), along with four others, and there was also, a female escaped migrant worker there.

The investigators found, that Huang didn’t speak Vietnamese, the female runaway worker helped him communicate with the other migrant workers, and Huang not only had sex with the female migrant worker, he’d demanded that she get abortions after he’d impregnated her, had beaten, slashed her with a knife; the female migrant worker ran away, but, she ran out of money, and so, she’d, returned back to Huang again.

In the interrogations, Huang admitted to hiring the illegal migrant workers, but denied providing the substances, that it was when he was abusing the substances, that the migrant workers or the other contractor wanted in; and claimed that he had debts unhandled with Ke, denied having threatened him to get money.

And so, this man is really evil, because he’d controlled his workers by getting them HOOKED onto drugs, and, used their addictions, to get them stuck in the vicious cycle, and, he’d also attacked the man who was competing for a bid on a contract with him, this is very bad.
