Recover from the Loss of Her Husband from a Drunk Driving Accident, She Was Able to Get Out of the Darkness “Forgiving Him, You’d, Set Yourself Free Too”, She’d Used Her Leather Sculpting to Help Those Who Were Affected by the Crimes of Others “Let Go”

The power of letting go is still inside the people who are impacted by the losses of their loved ones! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

Eleven years ago, a drunk-driving accident, took Lin’s husband, she’d, broken down; the Yilan D.A.s victims protections unit help her out of the losses, and it’d turned her from the “one being counseled” into a “volunteer of the legal forces”. Lin used her own experience, to tell others who suffered losses from someone else’s bad behaviors, “only through forgiving the individual, will you set yourselves free too”, “let him go, so you can let go”, she hoped those who were impacted, can get out of the valleys of lows of their lives like she’d already done.

Those who were survived by the loss of a loved ones, they’d needed to force themselves, to settle the final affairs, or they may have endless years of law suit that preceded them, and were impacted by the pains, that normal people can’t come to understand.

Lin was originally from a very ordinary family, has two children with her husband, back then, her husband went out in the morn to get breakfast, and was HIT by a drunk driver outside of her home, three days afterwards, he’d, died; back then, the police and the mobs all came to “show concern”, hoping to take control of the case, hoped that she wouldn’t take the matter to trial, and, that period of time became her and her families’ worst nightmares.

“My mother would sit at home and cried when she sorted through the photos, couldn’t get out”, Lin’s eldest said, that her mother melted down completely, until the volunteers of the “Victims protective unit” showed up at the front door, and offered her legal counsel and counseling she’d needed, her mother finally saw the skies clear, five years after the accident that killed her father.

Lin became a volunteer for the counseling group who’d helped her through, and, walked into the lives of those who were impacted by the crimes of others, she’d used her own skills in leather sculpting, to help the family members who’d suffered the losses, Lin often consoled with her students, “Forgive him, you would be able to, set yourselves free too”.

Lin’s eldest works as a respiratory therapist in the hospital, after accompanying her mother through the death of her own father, she’d now become, a part of the volunteering unit, because the very first mother-daughter pair in the Yilan Chapter of the Survivors’ group.

The classes were held once every month, with the pupils supporting each other emotionally and socially. Lin said, that the class made some crafts that are currently on display in the first floor of the Yilan District Attorneys Offices lobby, and they’re accepting the orders, and, some of the families lacked the economic supports, she hoped, that with these projects, it can help the families get by.

And so, this woman turned her loss into strengths, she’d started helping others who were, impacted by others’ crimes, and, this is an amazing thing that she’s currently doing, helping those who were impacted by someone else’s crimes to move on with their lives.
