A man who was sent to prison for the rape of his stepdaughter in Kaohsiung, the year following his parole from prison, he was suspected of sexually molesting his own elementary school daughter, and two years ago, he’d done it again, the teacher at the adolescent daughter’s school found her to become suicidal, then, what her father did was known; the man persisted in claiming that it was because her daughter wasn’t happy of him disciplining her, she’d made the blank accusations, but the local district court found that the adolescent showed signs of self-mutilation, and charged the man with opportune molestation and forced sexual molestations, and sentenced him to twelve years in prison, and he can appeal.
The verdict stated, that the man was sentenced to raping his own stepdaughter back in 2007, sent to prison to serve for seven years, in April of 2012, he’d, paroled out, the following February, as his own daughter in the second grade was sleeping, he was suspected of touching her privates, and the child woke and stopped him; the victim claimed, that the incident had, caused damage to her, that every weekend, she’d worried if her father might repeat what he’d done to her again.
In March of 2016, the girl had entered into middle school, when her father attempted to rape her again; the victim felt distraught, and, wrote in her notebook, “I wish I can leave this world, and go to another to live”. Her school teacher found that something wasn’t right with her, and pressed the truth out of her, and immediately called the police, and asked social services to place her immediately. But the father insisted on his innocence, said that she’d made blank accusations.
As the court was in session, the victim adolescent cried to testify, that her mother told her to forgive her father, and wanted her to tell that none of it had, happened, and although she’d not wanted to follow her mother’s orders, she’d worried that she might make her mother displeased. The collectivist court called up the related witnesses and after examining the related evidences, found that the man was guilty, and criticized that he was awful in how the crimes against his own young was committed.
And so, there’s that abuser/enabler relationship at play here, the mother would be the enabler, she’d attempted to silence her daughter from ratting out her husband’s sexual abuse, and the mother still failed to protect her own young, and sexual predators like these should be LOCKED away for life, and get the keys to their cages, THROWN out, so, in my opinion, twelve years are still, too lenient for this father who’d RAPED his stepdaughter!
