Observations from the Front Page Sections, translated…
There’s a doll arcade at every block, the Internal Revenue Services urged the operators to file the operations taxes, and I worry more about the hidden effects of these shops.
With the number of these shops flourishing, they may become, a blind spot for safety. There are, five shops that got set up in the recent past six months from where I live, the shops are open 24/7, with the surveillance cameras in every corner, but, late at night, the drunks would gather there, along with the stray dogs, the homeless too, the noises would get too loud, there would be cussing coming from the shops, and, for the women and children who passed by there, they’d felt, scared.

In the past, there were the influx of egg tart shops too, but after the trends, the shops all, closed down, and when people go to these doll arcades they’re all, wanting to win big with very little investments, and, once they’d lost many times, they’d, not wanted to play anymore, and, the streets filled with the doll arcades, may also end up like those egg tart stores too.
With the increase of the number of these shops, it may also affect the minds of young school children. A lot of children would go and play the arcades, but, some of the arcades contained items not fitted for young children, it can, easily, affect their mental health.
The arcades should comply by the tax laws of the tax offices, and have guards to surveil the places regularly, also the janitors to keep the environments cleanly, to prevent it from becoming a blind spot of public safety; and, there shouldn’t be any items that are illegal in the arcade machines that might affect the mental health of young children either.

And so, the writer’s worries are, warranted, because these places are a gathering place for those with nothing to do, and when you have nothing to do but hang, then, chances are, you’d be, UP to no good, but it’s what’s trendy right now, and, maybe, we should wait, for the heat to wear off, like the egg tart shops the writer had described, but, chance are, these shops aren’t going to go away that easily, because of the items that people or children might receive as “rewards” for playing the games…
