The online singer, Ariel Tsai was called out by the song writer of the song, “Nini”, Hubert Ng for copyright infringement of the YouTube videos, the eighteen videos that Tsai took off YouTube had lost a total of forty million hits, from before, Ng claimed that he’d wanted Tsai to give him part of the profits of what she’d made off her songs, and she’d, “blown him off”, that was why he’d turned her in for plagiarizing, Tsai received the calls interview in Canada yesterday, believed that Ng was a horrid lover, that she was surveilled by him, and he’d kept track of her conversation records with others, “He wanted to force me out to talk with him.”

Tsai originally worked with Ng, and they started dating, but, after they broke up, they’d gotten on each other’s bad sides for the music writing. Tsai said, that at first, Ng had contacted her, later, he’d started, pursuing her, even flown to Canada to find her, she was scared, but later she’d felt moved by the gesture, and that he was a fellow lover of music just like her too, it wasn’t until last year did they start going out as a dating couple. Toward this, Ng stressed, “What’s private is private, what’s public is public, I don’t want to mix the two, I was the one who wanted to break up with her, and, if it’s like she said, I’d reported the videos, to see her, it doesn’t make sense.” As for the surveillances, and cutting Tsai’s conversations with others, Ng said, that they have each other’s account information, Tsai said, “I’d just stated what he’d told me, that ‘someone had given him the images of my chat’, he’s the one mentioning the accounts, is he feeling guilty?”
The publicist company that’s signed both of them said, “in the signed agreements, Ng had listed that he’d wanted her appearances on his album to help him become more famous, and that he’d asked for the no cost use, and, they were collaborating on the ‘free’ songs, and it’d all matched up to the terms of the contracts, and because they were good friends as the contract was signed, that is why the publicists paired them up, and had the ‘free’ collaborations, but, if there were costs in the process, the company had paid for the charges in full.”
Yeah, so on the surfaces, this sounds like a business agreement that’s been breached, but, it’s more complicated than that, because they were going out together, and, the woman felt threatened by the man’s behaviors, and, that is what constitutes as harassment.
