Injuries of a child on a ride, and, who should take full responsibility, the operator of the ride, the mall that had the ride placed in, the parents??? How should the blames be “proportioned”??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

To Help Celebrate the Coming of Children’s Day, the Fareast Metro Mall Two Days Ago Set up the Ride of Flying Swings, but, the Three-Year-Old Child, Hsu, While on the Ride Yesterday, Fell Out of the Chair, and, the Onlookers Saw and Rushed Up to Rescue Him, There Were Three Other Adults Who Were Hit by the Swinging Chairs in Motion, All Four Individuals Were Sent to the Hospitals, the Child Had Eight Stitches, the Parents Stated that They Will be Suing the Operators for Negligence.

There’s a total of FIVE days off for the holidays in April this year, and this accident yesterday alerted the parents.

The cause of the accident was the workers had mistakenly pressed the speed button when trying to adjust the music volume on the ride, the chairs flew faster and faster, and faster, and, although the operators pressed the emergency stop button, but because the young boy was too afraid, he’d let go, and flew from the chairs, the child’s parents, the onlookers, as well as the part-time worker, a total of seven adults rushed up to him to rescue him, there were, three other adults who were hit by the flying chairs and needed to get treated at the hospital.

The little boy, Hsu had a total of eight stitches on his eyes and forehead, the man, Pan had a laceration on the corner of his right eye, needed four stitches, another man had contusions on his fingers and both knees, a woman had bruises on her face, they were all released from the hospital. The parents told, that the flying chairs didn’t have a seat belt, only a bar, that as the kids got on, they’d needed to hang on to the bars tight to prevent from flying out.

The witness told, that as they saw the chairs flying faster and faster, the child started screaming and tried to get off, and they’d heard someone hollered aloud, “Wrong button!”, then, the chairs started slowing down, the boy flew off. He’d gone up to help the child, and was hit by the chair that was still spinning.

Hsu’s mother said, that there was, a deep laceration on her son’s forehead, that she’d worried that there would be a scar, and worried that her son may be traumatized. She said, that at the moment of the accident, the part-time worker did rush up to hold her son, and the workers accompanied them to the hospital too, but she believed, that the mall’s ride manager should apologize to them publicly, and take on the responsibilities for what happened. She’d also said, that after what happened, the operators didn’t even call the family to ask how her son was, and that that part-time workers weren’t trained enough, there was, a lack of personnel supervising the ride, and yet, the operators blamed it on the part-time employee for what had happened.

And so, what’s left to do here, is POINTING fingers, because, it wasn’t MY fault, how was I supposed to know, that the rides were going to, malfunction (oh, it was, caused by the error of M-A-N, the part-time worker mistakenly sped up the ride, instead of slowing it down), and someone NEEDS to pay, for what happened to the child, and, it’s just a matter of which way the finger points towards! And, shouldn’t the parents be partially responsible??? After all, they were the ones, allowing their own young to ride on this death machine!!!
