The Campus Security Guard is a Predator, the Young Lovebirds Became Victims in Their Rendezvous

In an eastern middle school there were seventh graders making out on school campus, they’d triggered the alarms twice and the security guard came to make them leave; Yeh, the security guard asked the male student leave, then, threatened the female student, that “if you don’t give me something, then I will report you”. He successfully raped her. The High Subsidiary Courts in Hualien found the guard guilty of obstruction of sexual freedom, sentenced this predator to five years six months in prison.

At 10 on October 18^th, 2015, the alarm in the middle school started sounding off, the security guard, Yeh found a pair of young lovers, improperly dressed, in the group counseling room at school, the two students begged Yeh to not call the police or report them to school, Yeh told the two of them to leave.

But, late at night, the alarm sounded off once more, Yeh went to check, it was this pair of young lovers, they’d returned to the room to make out, the two of them begged him, and Yeh told the male student to leave, but kept the female student in the counseling room, then, used the opportunity, and threatened her, “I’ll let you leave, but not before you give me something, or, I will turn you in.”

The female student heard Yeh’s threats, worried that she will get reprimanded for staying late at school, didn’t dare fight back, and Yeh raped her. As the female student was raped, she’d rode her bicycle and escaped to a gazebo, and told the male student she was caught making out with what happened to her, and told another friend she’d trusted in her class what had happened to her.

As her best friend learned what had happened, she’d felt bad, and, worked up the courage, told the school instructor, and, the school asked the grandmother of the female victim to call the police, and, busted this security guard who was a sexual predator.

Last year, the Hualien District Court sentenced Yeh to five-and-a-half years, Yeh claimed that the female student had “lied” and insisted on an appeal, but the related evidence weren’t believed by the judge of the second trial, the verdict stands; and the case can still be appealed.

And so, this security guard used his status of power, to coerce the young girl to have sex with him, and he got his way, raped her, but, he was caught, just the same, and now, he’s, facing criminal charges of rape. That just showed, how you will NEVER get away, with something bad you’d done, even IF you’d, threatened your victims, you won’t get away with it!
