A female employee of the Kinmen County Government two days ago, as she was going to the restrooms on the Combined Executive Building’s third floor restrooms, she’d found a cell phone that came through the cracks on the floors, secretly filming, it’d, shocked her she’d started screaming, and, caught this “peeping tom” with a coworker who was close by, and that was when they’d both discovered, that it was someone who worked for the county government office, and what’s more outrageous was, that this was the SECOND time it’d happened, and, the victim was the same person too, it’d, shocked the woman to not be able to go to the restrooms.
The county government stated, that they would discuss what to do with the pervert by holding a discussion board on the matter.
“There’s a predator in our midst, do you want to go to the restrooms together?”, a lot of the ladies that worked for the county government office recently would go with a partner to the restrooms, and, a lot of their discussions in their spare time was on how the peeping tom wasn’t caught yet, and, everybody felt outraged of what was happening in the county government offices.
The reporters returned back to the scene yesterday, and found, that the restroom was no more than ten meters away from the county governor’s office, right next to the offices of personnel. There were, multiple witnesses who’d stated, that two afternoons ago at 3:30, as a female employee was using the restrooms, she’d found a cell phone in the cracks on the floor, and immediately ran outside for help, and, the alternative serviceman and the other coworkers rushed in, blocked the entrances of the restrooms, and, went in, to catch the man. The employees told, that right at the moment, the predator had attempted to flip over the walls to make his escape from the men’s rooms, but gladly, they’d caught him, and, called the police.
The local subprecinct stated, that as they’d received the call from the government offices, the officers came immediately, and, took the victim and the suspect back to the precinct, and they’d, already confiscated his cell phone as evidence, and they will be handling this case toward obstructions of privacy.
And, this was, in the BROAD-DAY-LIGHT too! Because, there are always, those PEEPING toms who couldn’t keep their EYES to themselves, that, is why this is happening, and, this time, it’d, happened at the county government offices.
