He’d Date-Raped a Female Coworker, the High Up Official Found Guilty

An employee of the Native Cultural Agency attended a two day one night seminar, and, he was found, to have, date raped a female coworker after their gathering after supper, in the process, the female coworker woke and told him NO, and yet, this man still got his way with her, he was sentenced to three years four months yesterday by the Hsinbei District Court.

Based off of understanding, the victim worried that he was senior, that if the events were known, it would affect her work in the future, she’d, kept it all in for two whole weeks, then, with the help from a coworker, they’d, gone to the police; the man who’d raped his coworker was transferred from his original post, but still works in the public department.

This employee, two years ago in March went to Taichung for a seminar with the female coworker, at supper, they’d gotten drunk; he saw that she was passed out, after she was taken back into the hotel room, and the door to her room wasn’t locked, he’d, made his way in, and, as she couldn’t fight back, he’d, raped her.

In the trial, the employee denied the allegations, and accused that the woman’s testimonies were discussed with her family, with the primary goal of sending him to prison. He’d testified, that she was lucid, and she was coming on to him, but because he was drunk, he couldn’t have an erection, that was why they’d, spooned to rest up.

The judge investigated, and found that tis employee works in the same office as the victim, and, they’d texted an arguments on what had happened on the night, the male didn’t deny or confirm what the woman accused him off, that was how the judge came to the conclusions that the rape had, happened on that evening.

The judge believed, that if the woman was awake and was coming on to him, then, why would she need to ask about what had happened then? Plus, the seminar continued the previous day, in order to maintain her reputation, it’s only normal, that she’d not screamed or cried out for help!

And so, this loser’s attempt to weasel didn’t work, because the evidence were all there, and so, he was, found guilty, of getting her drunk, then, taking her into the hotel room, and raping her.
