The Judge Who’d Sexually Harassed His Female Assistant Originally Got Fired from His Judgeship, But Instead, They’d Decided to Waive Paying Him for a Year as the Punishment

This is still NOT, a HARSHER enough PUNISHMENT if you ask me, but hey, WHO asked Y-O-U, right??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Higher Executive Court Judge, Hong-Bing Chen was Accused of Sexually Harassing His Female Office Assistant, Was Sent to the Examination Department to Get Impeached, the Justice Duties Courts Last Year Stripped Chen of His Judgeship; Chen Felt Displeased, Filed for an Appeal, and the “New” Court Found Chen to Have Used Improper Language Toward His Female Assistant, But Had Stopped Making the Advances after the Woman Told Him No, and Afterwards, He’d, Attempted to Set the Woman Up with Someone Else, it’d Shown How He was, Trying to Make Up for His Own Bad Behaviors, and Changed the Punishment for Chen to Fining the Wages He Earned as a Judge for a Year’s Period, Amounting to Over Two Million Dollars N.T.s.

Toward the changes in the verdict, the law community felt upset, that whilst the whole world was fighting against sexual harassment, and, the judges we have here, made this sort of a verdict, how can the community here, believe, that the judges have control over themselves? The justice sitting in on the case, Jing-Huei Hsieh was displeased at the changes in the verdict too, she was so angry that last night, she’d, turned in her resignation for her position as a judge.

Hong-Bing Chen had already filed for retirement, and, although the verdict was, changed, there was, NO chance he will ever work as a judge again. He had been suspended from before, and can only receive the a little over $60,000N.T. per month for the retired government employees’ pensions, but, this change in the verdict this time, Chen was allowed, to get the pensions as a retired judge, receiving nearly $180,000N.T. per month.

Chen was accused of starting in 2012, using the excuses of “praying” and “I’m feeling moved”, had demanded his female assistant to shake hands with him, to hug, to show, that he was supportive of her, that there would be no problem, for her, to stay on the payroll, and, in order to keep herself on the payroll, the female assistant can only, comply.

And, Chen, on the day before the considerations of the female assistant’s rehiring, claimed that his wife took his daughter home to visit her mother, that he “was free that evening”, invited her to the banks of the river by Poli-Sci University to stroll, and, forcibly kissed her; he’d even told the female assistant, that she can only date and interact with him, that she can not be with anybody else.

Later on, the female assistant wrote it out on FB, and, the coworker saw and told the courts, the judges’ board found that Chen was improper in his impasse, that he’d, broken the moral code of being a judge, they’d, stripped him off his judgeship and, assigned him to another post. Chen was unhappy, and called for a retrial, and the new courts found, that the judge presiding over the case of improper behaviors not having excused himself in the case, and, allowed for a retrial.

Based off of understanding, back then the judge, Huang had, asked to excuse himself, but, as the group of judges discussed the matter, they’d all believed, that there wasn’t a need for him to excuse himself from the case, and, that, was what, turned the original verdict over later on.

Chen was originally, found to be involved in EIGHT incidences of sexual harassment, and, the court that reviewed the case anew believed that only FIVE were improper languages, and dropped the claims against Chen; as for the three counts that constituted as sexual harassment, it wasn’t, that serious, and it wasn’t, relevant to the case, and, how the woman admitted to how Chen had, attempted, to fix her up with a teacher, believed, that Chen realized what he’d done was improper, and was, trying, to fix his own bad behaviors.

And, the new executive court used that Chen had worked as a court justice for nearly thirty years, and, only received a second level rating three years, and had behaved himself, overall, quite well, there wasn’t a need, to strip him of his judgeship, that fining him for a month’s retirement pension (about two million dollars N.T.) should suffice.

And, this, is what’s, happened in the CIRCUS here!!! And, guess what this “teaches” all those god DAMN fucking STUPID judges who can’t keep their hands to themselves??? Oh yeah, we can touch, sexually harass our female office assistants and get away with it, and, there won’t be any punishment, for our, improper behaviors, so long as we kept ourselves, REPUTATBLE from all the times before, we’ll, get away, with R-A-P-E!!!

That would be what, the justice system here, is STATING to the future judges, and boy, oh boy, did the LAW, go to the D-O-G-S here or what???
