He Had Beaten His Grandmother Who Had a Stroke to Fracture, Sentenced to Eight Months

More bad news, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man Chen, was displeased at how his eighty-two-year-old elderly maternal grandmother didn’t answer him, he’d, beaten her in a fury, and was charged; and although, Chen’s aunt wrote on his mother’s behalf, to withdraw the claims, but the courts believed, that the elderly woman who’d had a stroke over a decade ago, shook her head, not wanting to drop the charges before she passed, the court charged Chen to injuring his own next-of-kin, sentenced him to eight months.

The investigations showed, that in August of 2015, Chen and his aunt, Wu, and grandmother, Lin were at home, Chen asked his grandmother who had a stroke, and didn’t get a reply, he’d disregarded how she’d been bedridden for over ten years, was weakened, started beating her up like crazy, causing his grandmother to suffer multiple fractures, and lacerations on her face, her head, her right ear too. Chen was charged with assaulting a next-of-kin.

In September of next year, the courts received the grandmother, Lin, and the aunt, Wu’s signed agreement to withdraw the claims to sue him; Wu said, that Chen had apologized to his grandmother, and she’d, forgiven him, but because her mother had a stroke, and was illiterate, she’d asked her mother, “Do you want to sue your grandson”, her mother shook her head, and so, she’d found someone to write out the papers, then, she’d, signed her mother’s name.

The elderly woman Lin died last May, as the judge investigated, the hospital pointed out, that before Lin died she could no longer express herself well, they couldn’t be sure, if she wanted to, drop the charges; and Chen was sent to prison right after he’d beaten his own grandmother up, and, the judge was doubtful, if she was, really, willing to, forgive him.

The judge believed, that Lin’s shaking her head may have meant, that she was so distraught she got beaten up badly by her grandson, and wouldn’t drop the charges, and, believed, that the written note wasn’t valid. And, Chen had, beaten up his own grandmother who was, defenseless against him, he’d shown great malice, and sentenced him to eight months in prison.

Wow, that’s still, too light if you ask me, and, this LOSER beaten up his own GRANDMOTHER, because she failed to answer his inquiries, and, she had a stroke, and, who knows but maybe (it may be, but now, we will, NEVER know!!!), her stroke had, affected her LANGUAGE cortex (you MORON!!!), that is why she couldn’t answer her own grandson’s talking to her, and this LOSER got angry, and, beaten the

SHIT out of her, and this L-O-S-E-R, deserved an even HARSHER punishment than he had received, if you ask me!!!
