A man, Dang-Hsin Hong last July at the driveway between the district court of Tainan and the Tainan D.A.’s Offices, drove his van, hit and ran over his own ex-wife who’d divorced him in court as well as her attorney to death, the Tainan Collectivist Courts believed that Hong showed NO respect toward human lives, that he was, with great malice, and his actions fitted the U.N.s criteria for a most serious kind of crime, sentenced him to DEATH yesterday on the murders, and he is, stripped of his public post forever, and he can appeal.

This was the very first case where an attorney was murdered, in the vicinity of the courthouses while working. As Hong heard his verdict, he’d shown that calmness, his attorney pointed out, that he will, discuss with his client, to see if he wanted to appeal. The victim, Huang and Lee’s family with the representing attorney, Lin, Lee, Peng, Hsu after hearing the verdict, hugged one another hard, they’d stated, “there was, no joy, but, justice was, served!”

Hsu spoke on behalf of Huang’s widow, that she can’t get her husband back, hoping, that her husband’s sacrifice can awaken the laws, to keep the attorneys safer in the future, she was grateful toward the verdict passed by the judge, giving them justice. The attorney, Lee, stated on behalf of the victim, Lee’s families, that the families are still in deep grief, especially for Lee’s father, that death seemed to fit the victims’ expectations of the courts.

The Collectivist Courts believed, that based off of the surveillance footage, Hong drove from the right side to the left where the pedestrians were walking, hitting, then, running them over, then, slammed on the brakes, clearly, he had the intentions, of killing them both. Although he’d called it in after he’d hit them, he’d not turned himself in to the police, so, he didn’t fit the criteria for turning himself in after committing a crime.

Back then, the victims were leaving the courthouse, without any sense of angering Hong, and Hong wanted to commit murder because he’d felt hate, he’d murdered his own wife, and the attorney, Huang, whom he’d met on the day of the divorce battles who was only, there, to do his job, he’d disregarded the law, and, treated human lives as naught.

The Collectivist Courts believed, that Hong’s murder caused the attorneys to get into panic mode, that it’d, seriously, impacted the orders of the society. Although Hong showed remorse, and copied the Buddhist verses, but still denied that he had intended, to murder his victims, and blamed the victims continually, that it was hard to see his remorse, and so, the courts had, sentenced him to death.

The verdict pointed out, last year on July 17th, Lee was accompanied by her attorney, Huang to Tainan District Court to settle her divorce with Hong, and the two got into altercation on the custody issues of their young. After the court sessions, Hong drove his van, as he was about to leave the pass between the courthouse and the D.A.’s offices, he’d, pressed down on the gas pedal hard, impacted, and rammed over his wife and her attorney, Huang, causing them to die of serious injuries. As Hong was interrogated back then, he’d stated, “I just wanted to scare them, not to kill them.”

And, because this man showed the intent to murder, and malice toward the attorney and his own ex-wife for divorce, and ran them over, that is why this wasn’t manslaughter, but MURDER!!!
