Son-of-a-………, sorry for “swearing”, but don’t you think, that this, is just way too OUTRAGEOUS??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A retired major-general, Liu was accused by his own wife for having an extramarital affair with a subordinate’s mother, she’d sued him for divorce and alimony, Liu used the excuse of the legislative changes in the retirement pensions, and the reductions from the 18 percent, that he couldn’t pay the alimony, and the judge ruled, that Liu’s wife brings in an income, that the divorce is granted, but, Liu didn’t have to pay his ex-wife alimony.

The Taoyuan District Court investigated, that the retired major general, Liu was accused of being threatened by his own wife to expose his extramarital affair, fearing that this would put an end to his army career, he’d asked her to divorce him falsely in January of 2015, to keep his rank in the army; after she’d done it, she’d waited for a long time, for her husband to come back, and in April of the same year, to have the mortgage set for the house they’d bought together, they got married once more. The two’s false divorce and remarrying was annulled by the courts, and the courts ruled, that they are, still, married.

Liu’s wife told the courts, that her husband after having an affair with his subordinate’s mother, deserted her and her son, he’d filed for divorce because her husband refused to fulfill his duties as her husband, and stated how he’d received $120,000N.T. per month from his army retirement pension, that he should pay her $80,000N.T. per month as alimony and child support.

During the trials, Liu pointed out, that the annulment of their divorce wasn’t from his falsifying it, but because he failed to understand the laws of it, that he’d started seeing the other woman after he was, divorced from his wife, he’d not harassed his own ex-wife, that she had no reasons to fight him in court.

Liu also pointed out, that the government was cancelling the 18 percent of the retirement pensions for retired teachers and retired servicemen, that his monthly pension will be reduced from $120,000N.T. to $75,000N.T., that he needed to pay for his father’s nurse’s aide, his young child’s support, the mortgage and the living, he’d spent it all, that there’s, no way he can make the alimony that his ex-wife asked him for, and that his wife is working, has a property, and savings too, she shouldn’t be asking him for the alimonies.

After the judge examined the facts, he’d believed, that the crack in the marriage had become, irreparable, that both parties are to blame, but Liu’s at fault more, ruled for the divorce. But, Liu already paid the child supports by the month, and on the alimonies that his ex-wife had asked, the judge believed, that she has a job and brought in an income, and that she could make her own ends meet, and waived Liu’s responsibilities to pay her the alimony.

And so, this is a case, where a CHEATER attempted to get away with cheating on his own EX-wife, and, the wife was right, in filing for divorce with him, as their marriage became, irreparable already, and, this LOSER didn’t need to pay, because of the pension reduction by this government, and besides, his EX-wife can support herself as well as their young on her own.
