The Differences Between Life or Death in a Natural Disaster

Recently, there are, frequent earthquakes in Hualien, which had caused the damages to buildings, even the losses of life, it’d sent the public into a fear frenzy, and afterwards, came the pointless, after-the-fact useless discussions of building not up to codes, as for the life-saving tips, believing and not, it’s all, in one thought.

In my beliefs, having weathered through the September 21^st earthquakes, there’s only two options when an earthquake hit: run or don’t run, clearly stated, when you feel that earthquake, it’s already, FIVE seconds after the earthquake started; when the world shakes slightly, you’d, watched the changes around you, and, when it’d gotten too serious, the ground beneath you already became, too unsteady for you to walk around on, and, everything from then, would become, fruitless.

So, there are only, THREE beliefs when you live in the earthquake zones: first, idealism, before you buy your properties, do the assessment of the environments, and make sure your residences are built with strong enough materials; second, opportunism, as earthquakes hit, find a spot to hide out under inside your homes, to temporarily dodge the dangers; third, beliefs of fate, leave your lives up to fate to decide, come what may! As for the earthquake packs, it’s the most important thing to have after you’d, survived, and, it should be stored, at that spot that you go to hide in.

Anyway, for our generations, the life is already deeply rooted, there’s not much change, and, the ideals of the future, we shall leave, for the future generations; we are, opportunists, we can only pray, that God doesn’t cause the earthquakes in the areas we live in, and even if the energies are being released in the plates, hopefully, the energies won’t be, in excess, causing too much damages, allow us, to have this piece of land to live on safely.

And so, if you know about fate, like I do, you’d come to understand, that NOTHING in life is up to you to decide, everything in your lives are already, mapped out, when you will die, and when you won’t, so, if you’d known that already, then, you’d, feel more at ease, when these sorts of natural disasters hit us.
