The cold fronts attacked, one right after the next, in Gongguan of Miaoli, there seemed to have been an accidental carbon monoxide poisoning. The eighty-four year-old elderly man, Yang was found, lying in the bathrooms in their residence, dead for about two days, and because the faucet was still running, the police and fire department suspected, that they’d died of carbon monoxide poisoning, because the heater was inside, and the windows were closed, they will be doing the autopsies, to confirm the cause of death.

The police investigated, that the elderly, Yang had set up a watch and glasses shop, after he’d retired, he’d, lived alone, he lives close to his family, Liang was in charge of taking care of his living, but starting on the 29th of last month, Yang had LINED and called the caretaker, but she’d not answered, she couldn’t get a hold of Yang either, at six last night, the family went to check, and found that the front doors on the first floor was, locked, and they couldn’t open it, so they’d, climbed up onto the second floor, and entered in from the windows.

The police said, that Yang’s family found him, dead by the bathrooms, while Liang was sitting on the toilet, both had died for awhile, their body started showing rigor, and the faucet was still running, and, although the water heater that’s three meters away stopped burning, but there’s still water coming from it, they’d suspected that the water heater was still working, and that there was, no sign of struggle at the scene.

And so, this just shows, how important, to have a good ventilation if you have a water heater indoors, but, they won’t know if both the elderly man and the caretaker had died, of carbon monoxide poisoning until the autopsy results come out.
