A man, Chang, last year, on San-Feng Road of Fengyuan District, was suspected of stealing two dogs, “Harry”, and “Beer” who belonged to the woman, He, then he’d gone to his neighbor, Lin, and asked her, if she was willing to take them in, but she’d, said no, and afterwards, he’d told her, “If you don’t want them, then, I’ll, slam them to the ground, kill them, then, make SOUP from them!”, then, he’d killed “Harry” in front of the woman, the Taichung D.A.s office charged him yesterday with theft and animal protections act.

The owner, He found that her two dogs were, missing, and notified the police, the police chased the leads, which led them to Chang.
